Michelle at California Bank & Trust helped my sisters and I open up a Trust account, she as well as all the tellers were very friendly, understanding and professional! We could not have done this without their help! Thank you very much!

Worst bank ever. Bad customer service. The manager doesn't know anything. My aunt had a stolen check and it still six months later, she has still not got her money back$1,700, stolen. Went to the sheriff to get a case number. Still nothing. The bank should not cash a check made to schools credit. Card, from a person at bank of America, so bad, my aunt is 80_years old and should never have gone through this. Time to take action.

Sacramento Capitol Mall branch staffer assured us by phone that it would accept a signature card update for an account with its affiliate, Zions Bank. We dropped by the (closer) Arden Way branch to submit the card and barely had we explained the purpose of our visit when the staffer refused the transaction, rudely and with hostility. We exited quickly, just to get away from her. Avoid the Arden Way branch.

Do not bank with them. They constantly do the bait and switch when it comes to credit products. You are better off going with another bank or lender. I took out two HELOCs with them and they lied about the rate as well as last minute forcing me to open a checking account I didn't want to use. I then tried raising my limits for my HELOCs and was given erroneous information. Fortunately, this time, I was told that the initial information I was given was totally false so I decided not to proceed forward. They even wanted me to deposit $50k into my account. This is completely ridiculous and there is no need to deposit that amount of money when you can get a HELOC with someone else and not have to do that. They have lost my trust and should take the "& Trust" part out of their name. Highly dissatisfied and I will be looking to take my business elsewhere.

California Bank and trust at the Arden branch manager, Lay Hagan is full of racial remarks towards people of African descent customers this really needs to be investigated by the executive branch of the bank so this behavior that Mrs. Lay has of African descent should end quickly. I am an eye witness.

I had Wells Fargo for over 10 year and switch over to California bank due to poor customer service and the inconvenience for our customer. I've had awesome experience with this bank for my business and my personal account. I highly recommend this banks and thanks to George pounders (Manger) for the the excellent service and communication!

I have been banking at this branch since 1990s and they always are so friendly and courteous to their customers. They really take time to get to know you and chat with you if you are not busy. There are always plenty of parking spaces. The current situation of COVID-19 has made of inconvenient, because I have to make an appointment first beforehand. However, they were very accommodating and got me on the same day of my call.

Someone cashed my check, this bank forced me to file report with police dept even though I didn't witness any crime and also had to file it with notary ($15 out of pocket cost plus time/gas), then they told me I have to wait up to 60 days (2 months considering already almost month passed while everything was researched). If you think banks secure your funds and care about you think again. Very unhappy with this bank.
