If i could leave zero starts I would. My car was taken to this shop to get it evaluated additionally by my insurance to see if it would qualify for a total loss. I did not hear from the shop until days after and they stated they had found additional damage but it did not qualify for a total loss (which i was ok with). I told them i did not want to fix it there and I wanted to take elsewhere. They then called me back & stated that they had already started to do work on the car WITHOUTMY AUTHORIZATION. They were instructed to stop any work they did and my car would be picked up. My car was delivered to me IN PEICES and with trash in it (pictures attached. This is not how my car should have been given to me. This was completely out of line and flat out illegal for them to to do work on a car without ANY authorization. If i had time I would seek legal action, because my car is completely undrivable now and really is just junk sitting on the road.DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

Very, very pleased with the repair on my 2014 Hyundai Sonata. The paint job is outstanding. Perfectly blended and like new. The car was cleaned inside and out and smells great. They were the lowest estimate of all the shops I visited and their work is far better than the shop I had used prior. They completed on time snd on estimate. Highly recommend.

Wow! I am 68 years old had unfortunately have had to use many auto body shops but wow! This place is the best I have ever used hands down! AAA referred me to this shop, Hannah from Calif Auto Body handled my claim at the shop! I had major front end damage and had to replace the front bumper amount other things and the entire experience was a breeze! All of this was under $3K! Thanks Hannah for handling my repairs so professionally and expertly! Is this place a secret? If so I hope I exposed this secret to all, you just can't go wrong by having California Auto Body shop do your repairs! Just WOW!

I got in my first car accident a few months ago and it has had me reeling ever since. One thing about this experience that hasn't been a nightmare was checking in on my car with Joel, Alberto, and this shop. What I thought were minor cosmetic damages to my car ended up being a total loss by my insurance due to frame damage. Joel dealt with significant back and forth with me, my insurance, inevitably my attorney, and a half-cleaned car (again-didn't think it was going to be a total loss!), IN ADDITION TO attempting to make repairs to what was a very damaged vehicle. They did it all with a professional attitude with each of my calls. It was a breath of fresh air during a particularly stressful time. My car is fixed and it looks so much better than it did when we left it. God forbid you are in an accident, I hope you have people like these to help you.

Joel and his team did a fantastic job on painting the hood of my truck. Joel walked me through the process and provided a transparent quote for the work. His quote was competitive with other body shops in the area. California Auto was attentive to details. Did a great job! Check out the before/after photos. They stand by their work with a phenomenal warranty that’s included in the pricing.

My car suffered some minor rear end damage when stopped at a stoplight. California Auto Body did the repair quickly. My car was washed and vacuumed when returned. The inside of the front windshield was also wiped clean. Great job. If I am ever unfortunate enough to have another accident, I'm bringing my car here.

My beloved 1999 Honda Civic was stolen and the bumper damaged so that it was hanging loose when I got the car back. The original estimate I got from another auto body location was absurdly high. CA Auto Body North not only gave me a reasonable quote, they completed the work beautifully and even attended to a couple details I hadn't thought to ask for, like removing all the glue from the duct tape I'd used to temporarily secure the part. I was so impressed with that! They also replaced the trim around my windows which was showing its age a bit. My car looks years younger and I am so happy with their service! One of the shops that will do shady stuff behind your back, when you bring you car in for just an estimate they will give you a hard time when you chose to get a second opinion! Don't trust them!

Unfortunately not a shop that you should feel comfortable repairing your car at. Unfortunately if you are a girl, and speak barely any english they will Gove you hard time... and will push you to do any repairs at their shop! Not happy.
