We bought a Juniper QFX5100 from Brightstar last year and were happy with the unit. The switch died on us and we didnt have a hot spare on the shelf so we reached out to Brightstar to see if they had the same model in stock with the right licences. Not only did they have it in stock with the right licences but they covered the cost of replacing and shipping us a new one under warranty as we were within 1 year. The switch arrived quickly and we were able to swap it out and restore services. Highly recommend Brightstar as they have blown us away with Great customer service, and good prices and stock.

I’ve been buying refurbished Juniper and Arista equipment from BrightStar for almost ten years...EX switches, SRX firewalls/routers and a variety of Arista switches. I’m a fan of the low prices and great service and have referred a number of friends/colleagues to them over the years.

You can't go wrong doing business with BrightStar. I have been a customer for many years and I always found it easy do deal with them. Good pricing and amazing customer service (whatever it is pre-sale or after-sale, you will get great support). Cory is the one I have been dealing with and I only have positive to say about him and the company. Keep up the good work guys!
