I was my first time stepping into a boxing gym. Coach O'Jay is a very knowledgeable and patient instructor. The gym has a friendly environment. I had a lot of fun but intense training, thanks to O'Jay. I will definitely come back here if my schedule allows.

My son is 14 and boxes at Boss. His overall grades improved along with his confidence and attitude. He has 9 months into it and is excited to go everyday. 9 months ago he was a tube of lard. Today, he's no longer a tube of lard. O' Jay is the best!!!

What a great gym! Super friendly staff! Good positive energy from everyone I've met that trains there. The coaches take the time to help everybody in each class, they have weights and every bag you could possibly need to burn calories and stay in tip top shape

Excellent place to get in shape and increase ones confidence and self respect. The staff is friendly and helpful. $100 a month gets you MMA/Boxing training and more.

I canceled my service back in December and have been charged every month. It is now April. Every time I call no one answers. I have shown up during regular business hours and no one is there.

Do not give this place your business. The unprofessionalism I received from this place was unacceptable. Using the excuse that there's only one person running the business and that you don't have time to tend to your customers is not an excuse. I would not recommend this business. All the good reviews for this place was from the prior owner. I tried to work out the issue i had with them and received sarcastic response, and unprofessionalism

My 8 year old loves it, coach john is great. My dude was intimidated first class but eager too go back for a second which he loved and already feels at home.
