Quality items with reasonable prices. Currently has a BOGO on discounted clothing. Got some great Pendelton shirts and sweaters plus a jacket and belt and wallet. Got out for a few hundred dollars. These are Christmas gifts and they have a 30 day (all January 2024) to return or exchange. Ashley and Nicole were very helpful and certainly pleasant. I will buy there again!

Yes, good boots, good western hats, good belts, good price, good service. Sales girls are always helpful with my choices of color, style, etc. I've been to 4 stores, from Sacto down to Manteca. Always good visits,m.

Me and my mom came in earlier today because we wanted to look around at western wear. When we first came in we weren’t greeted. At first we thought maybe the front counter was just busy and didn’t get a chance to greet us. Politely smiled and we wanted to say hi but they acted as if we weren’t there. It was a little uncomfortable & we didn’t feel welcomed at first. I then realized and wondered something and observed other folks coming in. I noticed when certain people were coming in they were greeted but when it happened to be a different group they weren’t greeted at all. There was definitely a pattern. I was hoping it wasn’t the case but it very much unfortunately seemed like we were not greeted just because of our appearance and race. For context a majority of the employees that work there are Hispanic and they only seemed to be greeting only those that were. I don’t understand what’s so hard about providing good customer service. why be an employee if your going to be rude and stuck up. How would you know whether or not we are Hispanic or of Hispanic origin? is it because we look white? You should be greeting every person that walks into your store regardless of appearance and race and background. We were eventually greeted by a lovely gal who maybe could’ve been the manager when we were browsing so we really appreciated that. Aside from that experience , Boot Barn has a great selection of boots and western wear and they even steam your hats and shape them. A little pricy but you can always find some good boot cut jeans. The only thing I didn’t really like is a lot of the stuff is profiting off Native/Indigenous culture as for the reason I give this a 3 star review and the attitude from employees. Turquoise , moccasins, & anything with tribal prints is just a knock off and something that’s massed produced. People don’t realize how much this harms Native communities and it’s disrespectful. Please consider buying from Natives when it comes to beaded jewelry, fashion, belts and shoes with Native designs. If your going to sell that stuff , it should be Native made & Native owned otherwise it fuels these colonizer companies that will continue to profit off culture. Perhaps one day Boot Barn will work with Native owned businesses big and small and it will help those communities one day. I hope the next time me & my mom visit we will have a better experience. Please encourage employees to be & do better. Thank you for taking the time to read this review.

I was in the boot section for over 20 minutes. Couldnt find what i was looking for. Guy finally comes up locates the boot i want and takes a call and walks away. Didnt come back. I went to check out with 1 boot he asks if i need the other like nopw, only have 1 foot. Checked and she was disturbed i didnt bid a farewell i get better customer service at 7-11 for a 3.00 hot dog.

There seem to be slim on staff. It takes awhile to get a dressing room. No one offers assistance while you wander around the isles. I did get some great assistance in the boot department after approaching a gal who was stocking boots. The selection of clothing is vast. I love the style of clothing. It's helpful that they sort the jeans by brands, I was able to find my favorite brand and see all the styles they offered. It's helpful that they sort some of their clothing by outfits. It assisted me in opening my options of things I would have grabbed as a outfit. If you love Western wear, jeans with bling, high quality clothing and boots, this is your store. I look forward to returning for more great fines.

On May 20 2022 I ordered shoes earlier in the day and website stated they would be ready for pick up by 3pm but never received ready for pick up email. I called and she said they don't have anyone doing to online orders right and so I waisted my 15% coupon. The girl that answered the phone was not helpful and said well if you find them on the floor that you can get them. Horrible customer service. I needed them for a quince same day. She could care less when I told her that.

The employees here went above and beyond. I had a business dinner and left with just a few minutes to spare to make it on time. The invitation specified a black business casual shirt which I did not have. I called ahead and explained the style and size I was looking for, when I got there they had 5 shirts waiting at the register for me to try on. One of them looked particularly great with the rest of my outfit. I made it to the dinner just in time, and was greeted with an immediate compliment on my outfit when I walked inside. Thank you so much.
