Stopped by just before closing today and the dudes were very accommodating and never even mentioned they were close to quitting time. They have a great selection of saws and climbing equipment for arborists. This may be my new place to kill time and spend money when I'm in the area or if I just need something. They gave me a free pull cord for one of my saws without even asking for it. They answered anything I asked about and genuinely seemed to know what they were talking about and didn't try to over sell or overhype anything when they definitely has the chance to push the sale. Stihl, Husqvarna, and Echo were all on display from climbing to the biggest baddest chainsaws offered. Great selection and I really like being able to hold a saw before ordering or buying it. If you love chainsaws and climbing then go here first. Not saying the other shops in town don't have the good products, just that you won't be let down by starting here. Been back several times and I haven't been let down. They always come through and if they say they are going to get something in tomorrow it's. Damn near 100% it'll be there. For me, as a tree Climber and chainsaw addict, this is the best place I've ever been to for my needs.

This place is awesome! Staff is friendly and helpful and always quick. George helped me find the part I need and didn’t judge me for not knowing a lot about lawnmowers, great guy!

My visit here was brief but great I worked with Ryan, he was very nice and greeted me when I entered, also he was very helpful with the part I needed even tho I didn't have the model of my echo weedeater. He showed me the 2 options and I was able to figure out which one I needed and it was perfect.Overall I have to say I felt appreciated for being a customer and knew I had the right guy because he had a knarly beard that said I've been doing this awhile lol!Thank you!! This will be my go to place 100% for my lawn care repair or parts needs!

It would be a great place to shop if not for the racist hate filled people that work there. I over heard a person behind the counter using racist tropes regarding Hispanics. "They make all this money mowing people's lawns. You figure they would spend a little more on maintenance. Those people are just the worst". Not to mention while I was there, looking at the prices I could see why one would not want to spend their money here. I much rather go to Bar-Hein down the road. Do not shop here

I was searching for a lawnmower after returning a very flimsy plastic one back to Home Depot.I called Bliss and they answered every question on the phone with patience and great knowledge.I decided to order online since they didn't have the model in stock.I received a notice it was in the next morning.My husband picked it up and it was put together and perfect! Excellent service! Wonderful product! I even called back with a question and they immediately solved my issue I was having! This place is great!

I recently visited Bliss Power Lawn and had an unexpectedly great experience. I was feeling a bit grumpy when I got there, but the people working there were incredibly friendly and helpful. I had ordered something online from the manufacturer and had it shipped to the store, but it wasn't delivered in time for when I needed it. However, the team at Bliss Power Lawn stepped up and made me a carbon-tipped chainsaw blade that I needed and got me back on track. Their prices were also very reasonable, which was a nice surprise. Overall, I had a really positive experience at Bliss Power Lawn and will definitely be returning the next time I need parts or service for my saw or small motor. Their great service and fair prices have won me over.

110% the best experience I’ve ever had at a saw store. I don’t usually leave reviews. This place blew me away. I own a tree service in acquiring gear that is not bought off. The Internet is super hard, other power, commit places, Jacka prices, and try to make a quick buck off the small business industry these guys are there for you I can’t not say enough good things about the quality of service the quality of products and just the overall feel of the store if you have questions, they will answer them if you have questions about gear, they will explain to you and if you want something in there that they don’t have they will get it for you. Great job guys its business is like you that makes this industry.

The most rudest people I've ever met and the worst customer service. They were just so indifferent that it startled me. I questioned myself that I really do something to deserve this guy going off and yelling at me at the counter. All I did was politely asked for a universal lawn mower pull handle cover. So I left and I went down the street at to another mower repair place and they had the part right in the shelf and they were polite and sold it to me for 50 bucks. So I called Bliss power motor and I asked him if they had this particular part in stock and they said yes. When I walked into three salesmen were just talking to each other and not doing anything. And it would have been above normal service to help me find this cover but they had it in stock right behind the counter. But instead they chose to go down the wrong road.

Restored my faith in old school customer service! We knew we wanted a Stihl MS170 gas chainsaw. Stihl website sent us to Bliss. George greeted us immediately and put the item in our hands to get a feel and ensure it matched our intended use/need. We were ready to purchase so he took it out back and fired it up and got it fully serviced. He then efficiently rang us up and gave us the brief safely and operating tips to get us going. The staff at Bliss is extremely helpful in picking out what would work for me the best. They were also very helpful in helping me select quality power tools that will last which is very important to me. I purchased a BR600 blower and the long pole HL94 hedge trimmer. Thank you, Frank
