Big 5 Sporting Goods is one of the oldest sports goods stores in the Sacramento area. This one is in the Pocket area, with many stores and restaurants near the Interstate 5 freeway. The Big 5 Sporting Goods is in the quiet section of the parking lot. I have no problem getting a parking in front of the store.
The store is clean, and the layout of the store is the same as most Big 5 stores. It is easy to navigate, and the cashier at the checkout is nice!

The workers here are incredibly helpful, they helped us find the exact pair of shoes for my grandpa and were very patient.

Came in at 10:00 am , cashiers are just talking amongst themselves and not attentive to the guests by simply saying “hi”. Again when I paid for my merchandise no hi or smile, just paid and leave. Maybe it’s just because they just opened?Not sure ?

It is one of the smaller stores, but it serves a smaller community. This store enhances an already great community shopping experience. Service is good, and selection is pretty nice.

Over charged for shoes.. It was pink tag.. They charged me full price though.I was waiting for them to be honest.. But they let me leave... I called the store to let them know.. Person that answered was kind when I let them know.. But a lady in the background said " whatever I don't care".. Never going to a big5 again..
