After having body work done at Bertolucci's, I will be using only them from now on! It was a great experience and their on-site AAA adjuster was a big help for our situation. Great turn around time and top quality work. I can't recommend them enough! Wonderful people.

Our 3rd time to have Bertolucci's repair our crumpled cars, and we would not even consider going elsewhere. I just picked up my Corolla which looks good as new, washed, tires buffed, vacuumed out, gas tank topped up, wow! Holy full- service! I worked with Angel, and she kept me up to speed every step of the way. A great experience

Avoid this place by all costs. Took them 10 weeks to replace my bumper. Called me six different times to tell me my vehicle was ready...it wasn't ready. Wrong badge, damaged logo, bad fitment - list goes on and on. Took so long that I was unable to take my car in for an unrelated warranty issue, and ended up having to pay out of pocket due to being a week past factory warranty. Owner basically told me to kick rocks. Please, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Went in for an estimate for damages on my vehicle.
It's been almost an entire week and have not received a estimate for repairs via email.
I guess my damages was a waste of there time.

My car looks great. They were quick, communicated often, were very friendly, and did a great job overall. Coordinated entirely with insurance. My car has also never been so clean inside and out, as when I picked it up.

I’ve had three of my vehicles repaired at Bertolucci’s. They did a beautiful job on my Lexus, which was peppered with rocks on the Highway 50 improvement project. They repaired the passenger side fender, windshield and roof, which were damaged. Other than a few minor quality control issues, I was very pleased with the repairs. They corrected the issues I had without hesitation. They stand behind their work. I am and always have been a satisfied customer.Thank you again,Tony Martinez
