For their high prices, their store should be cleaner. Every time I shop at this Belair the entrance to the store is littered with used bacterial wipes and paper and empty drink containers, etc. And the only garbage can is usually overfilled and disgusting. My goodness, the store should have more respect for its customers.

I have been coming to this location for about a year now since moving to the area. I haven't ever been particularly impressed with any of the staff. Most of the checkers aren't very friendly, don't usually say hello, and oftentimes stand around gossiping between checking out customers. Most of them are younger people who don't say hello, and openly talk about others when customers are standing right there. I have often opted to do self-checkout to avoid the overall laziness and bad attitudes. Today was VERY different. KELSEY (not sure on spelling) but she has darker brunette hair, was very kind and attentive. She said hello, asked what bag type I would like, was efficient, and helpful. She smiled and was very pleasant. I haven't often wanted to write a positive review of this location but Kelsey changed my mind.I also did not catch the name of the older woman wearing a beanie and a mask who was scanning my items, but she was very kind and deserves recognition as well.

Not only is this store overpriced but there are never more than 2 lines open and people back up 7 carts deep. Open more lanes!

This review is Raley's/Bel Air Corporate, but this is the store I frequent. I shop there MWF. Monday for $5 Mondays, Wednesday for the new Ad, and Friday for the Weekend. 1st they changed the rules for pump rewards. Even though I shop there 3 days a week, I don't get rewarded at the pump because I don't spend $100 per trip. I could spend $200 a week over my 3 days, but because it's not $100 in a day, no pump rewards.2nd, and most infuriating, they launched a new UI/App. They screwed this thing up so bad, for weeks it wouldn't even load. Now that it kinda works, all they did was make hard, what was once easy. I will never understand changes for the sake of changes. What used to take me 3 clicks now is double if not triple.I like the people at this store, but the decisions from Corporate make me think they don't want my business.

I really like this store itself especially produce always looks nice and fresh but not the people who work there. Most of them will ignore you or straight rude. I would like to add, African American lady at self checkout should be nicer or maybe get trained on customer skills. She was watching us like we are stealing because of age I suppose?? We work hard to afford things in this life and it's quite disrespectful to look at and to be treated like she treated us today (10/25 around 1.45 pm). Our family spends hundreds weekly at this specific location. What a shame

I have shopped at Raleys & Belair for over 30 years. I'm officially firing Belair the customer service at the Arena Boulevard. Location is so piss poor I give negative stars if I could, this issue has been ongoing, and I called corporate twice to complain. Both times I never got a phone call back. I also attempted to discuss the poor customer service, the rotten, produce, outdated meat etc, and his response was that he told me to wait there, and then he never returned, this, after I specifically was emphatic that I wanted to speak with him. I've also complained to the produce clerk about the rotten produce, another ongoing problem. The response I got was "what do you want me to do about it?". Recently, I was trying to find a specific type of meat in the meat case, and there was none. The response I got from the butcher was "go look in the meat case", after I explained that there was none and asked if there was any in the back, in the vacuum, sealed containers that they arrive in and larger portions I was told that he couldn't give me that, this is an item I have purchased for years in the vacuum seal packs from the butcher at Belair. It is unfortunate for me that the store is the immediate convenience based on where I live in Westlake, I have spent on average well over $1500 a month at the store. I'm confident that my business will be welcomed at Whole Foods or Safeway or sprouts or Trader Joe's because Belair can kiss my ass.

Bought apple pie the crust when cut separated from bottom crust when cut; they didn't seal the two crusts. Tossed it out, $6 what a waste!!!!!

This Bel Air location is a nice one in the area. They have plenty of parking and they're in a plaza with a gas station and other restaurants.Whenever I've been in, it's been clean and the staff are always friendly. This last visit they were doing samples and even though it was a Sunday it wasn't too busy. We were able to navigate the store quickly, picked up some staples and then made our way to the self checkout. We ended up with specials on a few of the items we bought and we were in and out of the store in record time for a weekend.

It had gotten slightly better since management approached me on their areas of improvement in 2019 but then the Pandemic hit and has not been going down hill ever since. Good help is hard to find. I get that but I am surprised by the extremely poor lack of service, or poor training I should say? This place is notorious for cashiers and baggers socialize constantly while helping me or instead of. One visit involved me waiting for the cashier to hit the button to print my receipt because she was too busy socializing with the two baggers and other cashier behind her. Had another time where 3 cashiers and 2 baggers were standing around socilaizing while I stood there for a minute waiting for some help. There was even eye contact but they felt it was more important to finish their conversation than to stop. No apologies ever and no friendly greetings or even a smile. It is actually appalling. Some young kid stocking the bananas was on his cell phone for some time having a personal conversation laughing it up a few weeks ago. I wish he could be that jovial and expressive when helping a customer. This level of service, I expect at a discount store. I will often pay 20% more for the same product here than elsewhere. For that I expect to feel valued and I feel more like an interruption into their social lives. Their job description should be, "Be paid to have fun with your co-workers /friends and ignore customers."Then they removed the US Postal Center from their customer service which was a great service to the community. I wish they would have at least kept it as a place to do drop offs. The post office on Truxel is awful and not opened on Saturdays. Parking lot is still atrociously busy and their employees also do not yield to traffic when coming out or putting away carts does not help either.I have been going to Sprouts a lot more and find that I get more bang for my buck there both in service and in value for the same quality of goods. Looking forward to having other options as the area grows.

Bel air pharm is always helpful and able to fill my prescription quick! I love how I get notifications when it's ready and reminders if a couple of days have past. Employees are always kind and get you in and out when picking up medications. There's never a long line either.

First time using this pharmacy and will be the last time. I understand if you are busy and under staffed and having a bad day. Hence the bad attitude. I was the only one on line, phone was not ringing, and still didn't get help for like ten minutes. I didn't even get a, I'll be with you in a minute. Pharmacist just looked at me then went on his business. The other staff who finally came out, wasn't much better and acted like I was wasting her time. Terrible place.

Wonderful selection and a wide open area that expands to many variety of post office and coffee drinks plus the wifi is terrific inside the store.
