They took my paycheck money now for 5 days and froze it and not depositing my own paycheck from a very reputable employer. This is the worse banking ever. No one responds or helps.

I wish I could give this bank a 0 star! This is the WORST bank! The branch manager Joe Corpus and the heavy set curly haired teller with glasses should be fired and have no business being in any type of customer service position.I opened an account a week ago and have had nothing but problems. I have been locked out of my account, my zelle, my account services put on hold and verified my identity countless times. Over the weekend my wallet with my ID was stolen. I have not received my debit card yet. I went down to CA DMV to get an ID card because I have an Arizona license. DMV gave me a temporary paper ID. I took it into the Watt Ave. PNC bank branch with my other bank's debit card to withdrawal money as instructed by the customer service supervisor. I know CA temporary paper licenses have the expiration date printed on them but apparently ID's do not as they expire 60 days from date issued and the issue date is printed. Even so, the branch manager denied me getting any money from my account and pretty much accused me of committing fraud telling me that my temp paper ID wasn't real and that he sees them all the time except he kept saying paper licenses and mine is not, it is an ID card.I jumped through hoops for a week and as a new account holder it is apparent that this bank could careless about its customers which is crazy especially being a back east bank and being new to the west coast. They won't last long if this is how they think customer service should be. One week and I am closing the account to go open with a legit bank who wants my business and hires employers who know what they are doing.I give fair warning to all.... DO NOT BANK WITH PNC BANK!!!!!

The teller and support staff at this branch are nice but the management leaves a great deal to be desired. If you want to feel like your banking relationship means nothing this is the place to bring your money. If you wind up with a problem the manager's approach is it will get resolved eventual so why are you so concerned???? No follow up, they do all they can to use any legal means possible to make the issue yours. The 4% is nice but truly not worth all the wasted time I have endured trying to resolve my issue with the manager's error.

Don't go there. Most horrible bank for banking anywhere. Charge you fees whenever they can for whatever reason they can. Customer service is atrocious, and since they took over BBVA, I was without access to my business banking for 3 weeks. Run Fast the other direction.

Closed for lunch between 1200 and 1 pm. Enough said. This was not posted up until I arrived at the location. Second time attempting to arrive on site: closed for lunch 1230-130. It is almost as if they don't want anyone's business...

Worst bbva bank branch ever. The messed up thing is. This branch is closer to me. I have to drive all the way to Elk Grove or Roseville branch just because this branch sucks. Don’t even have a drive through

This location is horrible!!!!! I have never been to a damn bank that consistently is short staffed! They are currently only allowing one customer in at a time, THEY ARE CLOSED FROM 1230-130pm for lunch which isn't posted on their website or left on their vm, SO MAKE SURE TO ALWAYS CALL BEFORE COMING HERE because they're constantly changing their hours of availability. I told myself last time not to come especially after receiving the horrible customer service from the teller, but now I know NOT TO WASTE MY GAS COMING TO THIS LOCATION. EVER

I honestly wish I could give zero stars. I have never been treated so poorly and so unprofessionally ever in my life. I arrived at this location at 12 and was greeted by 3 trainees and NO banker. After I was told the banker was in the bathroom, another trainee approached me and told me he was actually on lunch for another hour.... my options were to wait or go to a different location 40 minutes away. I wasn't going to wait, and so I left to take care of other things I needed to do. As soon as I left I called the branch and clarified what time they would be open until. The woman Sarah told me they would be open until 3 pm. So I arrive back at the branch at 2:40 and low and behold they are closed, however all the trainees are still on site. They pretended I wasn't at the door waiting for their assistance so I had to call them. They answered and told me it wasn't business hours (they close at 1pm) when I was told they'd be open until 3. At this point I'm just upset that I've been lied to multiple times. Because from what I gathered, they ACTUALLY close at 12 since their banker is on lunch for the last hour of the day....which makes ZERO sense. What kind of banker or manager does that???? The trainees refused to transfer me directly to the manager. They also refused to give me their names and told me if I kept asking, that they were going to hang up on me... WHICH THEY DID. MORE THAN ONCE. I was upset, yes..... But never rude and I just wanted to know what their names were so I could make a proper complaint to the manager. Obviously COVID, among other things are making business difficult...... but if this is what BBVA is turning into, I want NO part of it. Training still needs to be taken seriously and obviously BBVAs only concern is to get more bodies working in the building. They have no idea how to do anything and don't even know basic professionalism. They will just tell you to go somewhere else for assistance. You might as well be closed if you're going to have a building full of trainees. These people either need to be fired ASAP, or they need to have training managers with them at all times until they learn how to assist their customers. This was such an embarrassment to the company and the fact they wouldn't give me their names goes to show that they don't want to hold themselves accountable. Do yourself a favor and go to a different bank..... I sure am!!!!!!

Please update your hours on Google as this location has yet again changed their hours. Extremely frustrating and haven't been that excited about now needing to drive 30 min to a branch office.
