Besides being a little pricy. They did a great job fixing wrap around phone screen . My screen got totally damaged and they fixed it that morning in an hour. I recommend them.

These are the guys for car batteries. My wife and I moved down the street about 10 years ago and always come here for quality and price. This time around, Anthony, one of the many helpful folks working here, had me and my VW in and out in 15 minutes flat. Always helpful, great store and quality products. Oh, and the screen work for cracked iPads is superb. Love this place!

Alex is very knowledgeable and helpful (I realize there are two staff members with the name Alex, so apologies for not knowing which one), and I’m so glad there are still specialty stores like this around. Also nice place to drop off (for a few $) batteries that need to be recycled.

I come here just to recycle my old batteries since most places just take rechargable batteries. It’s easy- just hand it off to the person at the front desk. As a heads up, they charge $1.85 if you want to recycle batteries over a pound heavy.

The store seems clean. There were a couple of employees, and 3 customers before me and a few behind. The employees seemed to be very concerned with their needs. They even were helping a customer put a car battery in to make sure it worked.. Very patient and helpful. I came in to pick up some batteries for a little laser I have. They needed to be extracated with a little Allen wrench. The employees had name tags, Joe & Anthony were on duty. The wait was 10 minutes or so. There was nice music playing, so it wasn't a bad wait. Anthony helped me. HeWas great. He found what i needed in no time after he helped me remove the batteries. I will be back. Very customer oriented and friendly!Great job, Batteries Plus Bulbs !Prices seemed a little high, all in all good experience.4.3 stars

Order a battery last week on line. Said they had in stock but didn’t.Told me Citrus Heights had one, dude called me back to say they didn’t. Was told by the Howe Ave store that he would order and be here yesterday 12/13/23. Called today was on hold for about 5 minutes and was told it’s not in stock. Well duh you were supposed to order it. Well dude tells me he has to order it and it will take a week. I tell him F it and give me my money back.Terrible customer service, need to train people to handle business properly

Excellent customer service! I was greeted by a nicely dressed young man who politely and competently helped me find some light bulbs. ( I just have a hard time going to Home Depot anymore). Thank you for this wonderful alternative!!
