Indian female associate was very hostile at the register. Not sure why as they normally are very sweet. She was condescending to my wife multiple times. Will be shopping online moving forward.

This rating is largely for the lying marketing that the company does. Went in well before Christmas and prices were $16.95, 15.95, 5 for $27. Lots of things that were promoted as a discount but we're in fact their everyday prices. Went in just the other day a week before Christmas, prices actually went up to $19.95 in some cases and the five for $27 was still in place. There was no big pricing difference. I don't like stores that either leave their prices the same or raise them only to give a sense of a price discount. Companies that do this are liars and they don't deserve your business.

Great customer service at this location. Thought my pick-up order was ready and it was a text for something unrelated. They told me it wasn't ready and I let them know I could come back later, it was no problem. They told me not to worry and had someone package it together at that moment. They're always so friendly and willing to help you find something whether it's a quick gift or something for yourself.

I came by the store to hopefully get something for my sister's birthday. One the workers her name is Alex helped me out a lot and gave me a lot of suggestions which I took because I had no idea what i was looking for. She was extremely enthusiastic, extremely helpful, and had excellent customer service so thanks to her I found something for my sister!
