WARNING! Check your totals before you pay-- these people WILL take advantage of you!
Older woman ahead of me in line bought a bunch of items including a shirt thinking it was $3.99 Turns out it was $34.99! She didn't leave the register area and immediately asked to return it. They rudely refused and told her no returns allowed.
Adding insult to injury, the prices are VERY illegibly handwritten. And you don't see what the price is when they ring you up. This mistake could happen to anyone. Pretty clear that these people have no morals at all and will even cheat the elderly when given the chance.
At the register were a guy with a face tattoo and a younger guy wearing a SJSU sweatshirt. Pretty clear neither have any conception of customer service or basic decency. They blast Jesus music 24/7, but pretty sure they never stepped foot in a church.

This place is awesome. They don't have a fitting room or mirrors but if you know your size then you should be fine. The prices are really good... Finally a thrift store that has reasonably good deals.

They staple the price tags to clothes which makes holes and ruins them. Honestly really disappointing, even for a thrift store. I ended up putting a lot back because of this. They also have no fitting rooms or mirrors around.

Viscous manager, neurodivergents beware! I was mocked, lied to\about and denied service... for asking a question ? the manager evidently assumed I was attempting to... challenge? her. She got loud, shrill and repeating an (irrelevant, unrelated) enough, enough, enough! I was speechless throughout, so it was OBVIOUS that she was irrational and emotionally dis-regulated. Numerous reviews mention being charged an unexpectedly HIGH price and denied a return (harshly). Since people tend to assume OTHERS think as they do, the fact that she presumed bad faith upon hearing my question...
likely she is a dishonest person, primarily, since she was immediately defensive and felt attacked by a Q simply for information...
BUYERS BEWARE, neurodivergents poorly tolerated, management uncivil... possibly dishonest, no dressing rooms, no testing facilities, NO RETURNS!!???

There prices are outrageous!
They wanted 69.99 for a donated Black & Decker electric weed eater ? that only cost 50.00 new.
The clothes prices are insane for them to have gotten them for free
I mean 12.99 for a 5.00 dollar used sun dress . They are need to be trained in customer service!
They all have attitude and act like you’re bothering them if you ask a question! I will never shop there again!

Nothing is labeled, the sizes are all mixed in together, no fitting room. I went to where it seemed like dresses were and it was half shirts, some small, some medium and some large. A nightmare to look through every single item to find anything.

Bargain World? More like Bait-and-Switch World! Beware of their deceptive Sunday discount scheme. They used to offer 75% off for any receipt from the week, but suddenly decided to change it to only honor receipts over $20, conveniently failing to inform anyone. When I questioned this abrupt change, they callously brushed me off, claiming it was "policy," despite my recent use of the deal with a $15 receipt. Manager Benicia is rude and pretty much called my spouse and I liars. Shady business practices and zero customer empathy. Count me out for good! Won't be getting anymore of my business.

VERY BAD MANAGER Benicia, and HORRIBLE WAY OF TREATING HER CLIENTSHORRIBLY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER AND CUSTOMER SERVICEDiscounts are misleadingOffers and discounts are pure LIES. Last week I made a purchase of $16 and the MANAGER BENICIA (thin lady with glasses) signed my receipt and gave me the 75% discount. This week I went again to take advantage of that offer, I spent $18 and I didn't get any discount. According to manager Benicia, the policy to obtain the 75% discount is a $20 purchase and it has always been that way. I understand that policies change but when I told her what happened to me last week with herself she told me that I remember it wrong, I was lying and then that she was confused and that there is no way to verify what I was saying. To verify, I could easily have checked the cameras or see the receipt that she herself signed (and they took the receipt from me). He didn't want to do anything for me nor did he care and treated me without professionalism.Very rude and horrible customer service.
