I dropped off 2 scrub tops to get embroidered with my schools logo on 5/16 and waited for a call back. Was told 5-7 business days, started calling around 5/29 to figure out whats going on. They told me it needs to "come off the truck" that delivers it from their warehouse. Another 4 days passed and i called again, but now demanding answers as to where my tops could have went. Someone told me that they were not there when they had been in the closet all along. Since last week's delivery day. Someone obviously did not do their job, worst part is that they didn't ask for help from a higher up role or even questioned where it could have went until I started questioning it. Get your embroidery done else where, support your local grandma if it means not conducting business with barebones.

Great staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the merchandise they are selling. All around great experience. Went in for couple pair or work pants. Customer service is top of the line. Never in a long time have i dealt with great service. I will be going back there that's forsure. Great work.

Blaize at BareBones Workwear is absolutely and phenomenally amazing, her customer service is superb which is extremely rare to find these days. My order for boot soles did not arrive at the estimated time and she out of her own kindness and great work ethic went to a commendable extent to track down the order's whereabouts and keep me informed and up to date as to where it was and when it would arrive. I definitely felt cared for and appreciated as a customer and highly recommend anyone looking for top notch construction wear to seek her out. Thank you so much again Blaize and excited to try out my new soles!

I've been buying boots there yearly for around 10 years now. After my recent visit on Saturday 9.30 I won't be back. I could not find my size and the girl helping me said she'd check the inventory on the other store but,she wondered off to another customer. The other girl went on to tell me that they rarely carry my size. I've purchased the same size boots yearly for years. I went to Redwing right down the street. They had my size and I was on my way home in minutes. So long Barebones. Customer service matters, sales people make or break you.

I was told I couldn't shop here because I wouldn't present my ID to the cashier when I entered. I work in construction and everything I was wearing today came from this store. I have noticed the customer service here has went down recently, but this is a new low. What a shame I will definitely take my business elsewhere!

Been buying timberland boots for more than 10 years now. Always been very happy with them. This was my first time buying through BareBones. They did not have the boondocks that I have been wearing, so I picked up a pair of timberland boss hog boots. long story short, I have never had a pair of timberland boots last less than a year, the last 3 pairs have lasted near to 3 years. Here I am just two months after getting these boots, right side stitching on the toe over the bridge of the foot has all fallen out. leaving the top of my foot at the toes exposed while wearing the boots. Called up to ask if they would exchange them, or even just meet me in the middle on another pair of boots. Short answer was no, stitching is not a warranty problem, the stitching failed because you have been wearing them. So in two months, a pair of 200$ boots are now trash, and the store I got them from says they will not offer any sort of solution, but I am welcome to buy a new pair of boots. While I will continue to buy Timberland boots, I will never use Bare Bones Work wear for purchasing my boots again.

I don’t review places that aren’t restaurants very much. But if you looking at reviews for this place I wanted you all to know that this place should not be your first stop on the list anymore. Since moving to a new location I feel like the customer service has changed and not for the better. There are a few employees that are nice, you just have to go on the right days. Their prices have also skyrocketed and it makes it had to buy something that is specific to my job profession. I know supply and demand has a part to play but they should have more of a selection on display or setup a webpage that works. You can’t even shop online with them anymore. I would go here and browse research the right boot for my job. Other places you can try first would be Work World, Amazon, Big 5 or Sportsmans Warehouse. Be warned though these places also have low supply on most things. I did try these options too. I was told I could price match but when I took a screen shot of the price in the morning and in the afternoon that price had gone up they would not give me the lower price. So what if I went to the store and took a price of the sticker how would they check on that? I use to love this place before the move now it’s just another one those stores that I pass by.I changed my review just a bit because my customer service I got today was a lot better than the other few times I have been there in the recent weeks. 4/29/2022.

I am beyond impressed with my first experience shopping at BareBones. Once I walked into the store I was welcomed with the biggest smile and Welcome from Rachel. The store was clean and very well organized. I am a female in the construction industry so I have to have PPE gear and well I am picky and have to stand out ( Im ridiculous) Any other store I went to did not even hear me out. Rachel went out of her way to listen to what I wanted, showed me a bunch of boots and even called multiple stores to make sure I was taken care of. My son and his best friend found some cool shades and had to show them off. Rachel was very professional as well as the funnest person to chat with. I loved that when customers walked in they knew her by name and smiled as they came into the store, you know that she values her customers and works hard for her company. I will for sure be going back. People like Rachel make shopping for boots and PPE gear fun!

Great friendly service, had to exchange some rain gear due to factory zipper issue and had no issues doing so. Definitely recommend this place to all workers from construction to nursing.
