Came here to conduct important business and there is not a single teller in sight. Iv been waiting on 30 mins with a line going out the door with no help.This place is a joke.

The absolute worst banking experience I've had in my 40+ years of banking. Bank of the West was great. Since they transferred to BMO, horrible. You are just a number, not a customer.EVERYTHING is an ordeal. ATMs work about 25% of the time. 1 teller working while another teller looks over their work, and a manager (Derick Olsen) oversees both of them. Not once acknowledging that there are 4 other customers waiting in line for service. Holds on checks that we've never had holds on. Had an address linked to our acct that has never been associated with any of our banking. Took 3 phone calls and 1.5 hours to activate debit cards because they don't have our business acct registered properly. Debit cards not working after activation. Online banking not compatible with Google Chrome. Phone reps relaying information that isn't accurate, telling you one day you have 2 logins for one acct, the next day you don't.Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and go somewhere else for your banking needs.

I only go to this location unless I really have to I rather drive more miles than going in here because of the customer service here & writing a review is anther minute wasted of my time .. Yesila do better ! Be better or you just get another job that you like this job you obviously hate !

Yisela is extremely rude, clearly hates her job and anyone that wants to ask her to do it. I completely understand how customer service can be exhausting but literally slouched over, huffing and sighing while Completing my transaction and tossing the money at me was completely unnecessary. I won't be coming back here and probably going to be closing my account soon if this is what I'm expecting to receive from now on

I truly believe these positive reviews are fake. Whenever I email them with a concern, I am ignored and actually have to go into a branch just to ask a question. I don't want to be bothered with those condescending attitudes. I opened the account with the promise of a sign on bonus. I clearly deserve it. Believe me, I have more than earned it. L. Wade

Another trash location. I came in here looking to get some help with my zelle. Apparently Bank of the west blocks your zelle if you use it a lot. My other 2 banks I use zelle even more and never get blocked. Couldn't call in because it takes 2 hours for an answer. I come in with barely any workers. 1 guy is working with a group and the other one. Bigger one gets up and goes talks to the teller. Just to have conversations that has nothing to do with work related things . While I'm sitting here waiting for help. Over 30 minutes and I'm still here waiting for someone to acknowledge my existence. THIS AND EVERY OTHER LOCATION I HAVE BEEN TOO ARE HORRIBLE. Since this account is a miscellaneous account for small items. I will definitely be closing it out. NEVER USE BANK OF THE WEST!

I'm not a regular Bank of the West customer, but the great customer service and easy experience at this location may change my mind. In short, this is what great banking is all about. My friend uses this bank on the regular so I have occasionally tagged along and used their fast-functioning ATMs for quick cash. It wasn't until recently when I also stopped inside this clean branch. I was greeted by several nice employees and was able to walk right up and make change, all with some small talk and a genuine question about how my day was going thrown in. It's not much, but compared to the impersonal experiences I've had at Wells Fargo and Golden 1, it's enough for me to recommend this bank and branch if you're shopping for spots to store your money.

They do not serve the public just account holders. Came in today to exchange rolled coins and was turned away after asked if I banked with them.
Definitely rude and inconsiderate!
Not coming here for my banking needs, don't suggest anyone either.
