They provided different information about business account than representatives on a phone. Still don't know who's right, ended up paying lots for fees.

This branch and bank are a joke. Customer service is under par. Do not bank here. I've filed complaints with the BBB and got nowhere. I will be making a call to corporate. The two bankers are buddy buddies so they won't accept responsibility for the trashy customer service. pershneel is the worst. He was also speaking to me about someone else's account and I know that's not ok. Security is trash too and your info will be discussed out loud with random people.

I have always liked BOW and have banked there for many years. On December 6th i lost my atm card. Today is December 19th and i was told that the manufacturing of the cards is under staffed and could not give me a date when i could get an ATM card replacement. Other banks provide in-house replacement cards while you wait. This would be a major improvement if BOW would do this.

This branch is the only one I have been to ever and my banker Monica made me feel right at home. She assisted me to the highest level of her expertise and resolved all of my issues. Even if I live and hour away (which I don’t) I would still come to THIS branch because of that experience.

I recently became trustee of a trust that included 10 banks Bank of The West being one. I'd rank them at the top especially with Monica helping me resign the trust, she was quick, responsive, personable and professional. I've gotten so much run around from the other banks especially the national ones that working with Bank of The West and Monica restored my faith in the banking system. I have a habit of showing up without appointment and they assisted me as a walk in every time with no push back. Side shout out to Prashneel, 2 occasions I showed up Monica was out and Prashneel stepped up and picked up from where Monica left off without hesitation. I was very impressed, super solid team at this location!

Huge disappointment. Sadly when I opened my account online this was my branch that opened it. I called about my account because it got overdraft twice. A guy answered the phone , whatever his name is . Started with a D or a P idk. Apparently has been there for a long time. I asked why did I get an over draft when I put in money through zelle on the same day. I had this issue before and was told if I were going to use Zelle the deadline is at 4 pm. I was told by this branch that the DEADLINE IS AT 4 pm. When I told him that he decided to interrupt me and kept speaking while I was speaking. Every time I tried to say something he kept cutting me off and also started to get loud with me. I asked him for a manager or a supervisor on duty. He told me apparently he's been there so long that they leave him in charge. Well Mr I've been here so long why couldn't you tell me the reason why I got over draft or the cut off time is to be able to put money in. Like every other bank that has one. This dude was so rude that now I am looking for a new bank and for all my friends to also change banks. Can't even be on the same page as a team. HORRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Retrain him .

I have been a Bank of the West customer for a long time and have visited several branches; I must say this location by far exceeds the level of service I have experienced and expected.Monica(Branch Manager)her staff are always professional and friendly and willing to make sure anything I have ever needed or inquired about is handled in a prompt and helpful manner.

I normally don't leave reviews, however I wanted to take the time to acknowledge Monica G. for outstanding customer service. Lets face it, during times like this, going inside of a bank is not something we look forward to doing. Monica was immediately helpful and made sure all of my questions were answered. I felt like I was in great hands. Thank you again Monica for going above and beyond.

Had a wonderful experience with Monica the manager at Bank of the West! She was personable, knowledgeable about the services and although my situation was a little difficult and time consuming she helped me right through and solved my issue with kindness and respect. I'm so grateful she was there to assist me!

Opened up a business account at this location last week, recommended to me by a friend. The branch manager walked me through everything, was personable, honest and really had my best interest. I love this branch! I drive past two branches just to get here. The customer service is amazing. The manager Monica and Maddison are so friendly and knowledgeable! Couldn't ask for a better branch.
