So glad I don't have accts at B o A. This branch is the worst that I have been to. They seem to care more about remodeling then their customers. 2 tellers 15 people in line. Then one goes to lunch. I would not be happy if I was B of A customer. Just HD to pay my credit card. Poor customer service. Don't bank here if you ant to spend all day in line

Efrain was too busy to help me wire my down payment for a house. Extremely short staffed. I'm not sure why he couldn't help me when not helping anyone else. I will be withdrawing all of my monies and depositing it at a place with better banking service.

All Bank of America are closed on Monday I guess I have to close my account. sometimes they close on Wednesday too . They have good and reliable hours.

Waited about 30 minutes in line since there was only 2 tellers, but the staff were all working very hard and were extra friendly to make up for the wait. Our teller was awesome and patient with my friend with a disability that needed extra time to put her money away respond to his questions. The waiting area was definitely not designed to be pandemic friendly though, so I would not recommend this location for anyone that is immunocompromised as it was impossible to social distance in line.

The lobby hours posted online for Saturday show closing at 1pm. I was here on Apr 2, 2022 and the bank was closed. Attached is a pic of what was posted on the door. BoA doesn't seem to have very good branch service in this area. Wonder why? They do make record profits.

The ATM doesn’t work and it willSteal your money, the bank is always filled with people and the people who work there move way to slow I don’t recommend this bank they stole my cash and had me wait to get it back when it their mistake.

0 stars if I can. Horrible service! They want a state ID for my underaged son to cash a check, brought his SS card and school ID but still not enough. He can fly across the country with a school Id but not get the money he worked hard for. His job only took SS card and school Id to get the job. Well guess what?!!! Wells Fargo only requires school ID and SS card! Goodbye BOA!!!
