Rotten customer service!
Non of the tellers know what they're doing while the manager was obnoxious, condescending, and rude.
This way of conducting business is unacceptable, do better!

Terrible customer service, sent here by the call center, was told it would be 15 minutes without an appointment, over an hour later I'm still waiting as are 2 other people overlooked and left in lobby

I visited this branch to update my legal name and also close my father's account as he passed away. Excellent service, very polite and friendly staff.
I forgot to ask the name of the male who provided me with service. Thank you for the service!!

I just needed to withdraw a bit larger amount of money, and probably took 2 minutes. The teller was kind and friendly.

Terrible service. I couldn't deposit a check from de car insurance they named the check bank of america and my name. No one could'nt help me to resolve this situation.
Finally the branch on watt ave resolved my case, thanks.

Always understaffed. The teller wrote down bank information for me. I showed the note to the Government office and they couldn't read it. Very irresponsible.

Prior coming into the center I have called another branch in golden river they gave me wrong answers telling me that it would be an easy transaction when I came in they were telling me completely differently that it can't be done in one day. They were irritated by me asking common sense questions and then they sent me to a different branch. When I came into the center Christopher was very attentive and helped me with everything in the next 10 minutes and I was on my way. Right before me he helped an older gentleman showing him the same courtesy and patience as he did to me.

I visited the Bank of America financial center at 5310 Auburn Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95841 this morning and left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the poor service. Despite bringing necessary documentation, the associate refused to assist me promptly, citing being busy with another customer. This resulted in a significant delay and inconvenience for me. As a customer, I expect better treatment and efficiency. Disappointing experience overall.

First of all, BoA no longer accepts walk-ins when it comes to transactions w a banker like opening or closing of CDs etc.
Second of all when it comes to IRA you have to make an appointment w a ML Financial advisor. How odd ?
Any how, I made an appointment w AS (name withheld) for 2:30 PM today. I was at the bank sharp 2:30. After waiting 20 minutes, I asked around and found out that Mr AS had called in sick and I should have gotten a reschedule. I made an appointment today morning and never got a reschedule. I asked for bank manager and everyone that I spoke w said he’s on his way. Well after waiting another 10 minutes I found out that manager cannot do anything w IRA
What a waste of time energy and fuel. Super unprofessional. Since it’s an IRA CD I’m stuck w BoA.

Ali is getting this review, not the bank. I enjoyed how friendly and personable he was. It is hard to find friendly customer service now days, he's a great example. I felt like I could talk to him for hours. He's a great guy and B of A would hopefully recognize what a fantastic employee they have.
