The service members are nice but every time I’m here, there’s only 1 teller and I wait a minimum of 30 minutes in line. I see others also complaining of this too in the reviews. Please, hire another teller!

Absolutely the worst service. After trying to make a large transaction that was blocked for fraud, I was instructed by the fraud department to go in to a bank location to verify 2 IDs. I went to this location and they said no one could see me for 30-40 min. I walked outside to decide if it would be better to try another location. After a few minutes of trying to get someone on the phone at another location I decided to stay so walked back in. The greeter came back and said I’d actually have to make an appointment. I asked if it would be today and he said no. I said that on the phone they did not say I would need to make an appointment and that I need this done today. Then he asked me if this was for unemployment or EDD. I said no... I’m just trying to use the credit card your screen is advertising all over and pointed to the screen next to him and showed him my card. Ultimately I walked out because he couldn’t call any other branches to see if I could be helped somewhere else today since when I called no one answered. I don’t know why a bank would delay a customer trying to make a large purchase on their credit card when that’s how they make their money… definitely rethinking if should just cancel through card and go with another institution.

The regular teller is very nice. There is always only one teller, however... and very long lines. Hire another teller and provide proper customer service. This is ridiculous.

I am so glad that my husband and I were able to get a credit card from an excellent specialist who knows his business and is simply a very pleasant and responsive person! She explained everything to us clearly, although I had difficulties communicating in English, I felt very comfortable. Thank you and your entire team for your work! This is cool ??

Manager Daisey Hernandez very rude didn’t feel like helping customers today she just lost 2 business account and credit card opportunities. Banking is not the same anymore now that they don’t have goals they don’t care about sells. Before they used to force employees to sell they would ignore customers who had appointments to take the walk in sell. Now it’s all different she was on a personal call and didn’t want to help anyone and the nice banker who was eager to help me she couldn’t be air she had to take her lunch. Anyhow there are a lot of other banks and branches out there. It’s nice to provide good customer service to avoid negative reviews.

Had an appointment to solve 2 issues. Dominic greeted us at the door. He was extremely professional and escorted us into his office. Throughout the meeting, he multitasked between the 2 issues and smoothly solved our issues. If anyone is looking for a financial advisor/partner, Dominic Kennedy is your man.

I would not recommend coming to this bank for any type of transactions. My husband and I came in to discuss an auto loan and were instead asked questions about our race, ethnicity, and languages spoken. I am in disbelief by the unprofessionalism displayed by Manjit, when it comes to confidentiality and privacy in respect to customers'. I would highly recommend driving the extra few miles to a different branch to receive professional service and actual assistance versus an interrogation of your autobiography even after displaying signs of discomfort and awkwardness.
