I've been to this bank more than 3 times and have never received inappropriate attention or timely service. I can't leave work for an hour. I'll have to take a day off to come to the appointment they set and in the end it's closed. I've wasted my working day. I'm warning everyone. if you need an office of this bank, try to find another bank branch as this bank branch may not help you and you will lose your time, maybe it, like mine, will be very expensive

I am from Florida banks like 53rd banks treat their customers like celebrities. Today i went to 3 different banks even though Sonny from Del Paso really tried to help me, but Slav from this branch went above and beyond… he alone was working and he was not sending away nobody. Respect my brother. BOA needs to start hiring more people, ur always short staff and plz get restrooms and lollipops like other banks…. Also both your online app sucks… #SoCheap

I came without an appointment, because my work does not allow me to get free at a convenient time. The employee in the hall said to wait 20-30 minutes until they have an employee available. As a result, I waited for more than an hour, then I was offered to make an appointment. I know without you that I can make an appointment! Why did you have to make me wait more than an hour to finally give out this wonderful offer?

Maximum level non-professional. In the middle of the day, on a weekday, there is only one banker in the whole bank, who is dressed like a football fan and is more interested in flirting with married clients than in his job. Just awful! An unforgettable visit after which I had to change my main bank.

Very bad customer service. Only one teller and a manager in the branch and the manager was on a call so he was sitting in the back leaving the poor teller alone. My disappointment with the branch was that they are misleading people and trying not to service people with the California State Tax refund cards. I was told that for some unknown reasons their system is declining cash advance transactions for such cards. They redirected me to the ATM machine. It could be a lack of knowledge on their part that such cards have a limit of $600 cash advance in 24 hours. I called their market manager, Baldeep Singh to update him about his lack of service and misinformation on their part but his phone was switched off. Hope someone up in the ranks reads my review and educates the staff of this branch properly.

Manager is really lair about how to get it done I been regular Coustomer boa this brach But due since manager (she) lai to 3 times i just changed my bank i had business ac here but no more . If anyone want good service do not go here there is always surprise

Sadly, I'm not surprised at all at these reviews. I had the WORST experience here today. There was a hold on my card & I didn't know why, wasn't getting anywhere with any phone number so I went in for help. KATE SALFETNIKOV is the rudest, most unprofessional person I've experienced ANYWHERE, let alone at a bank. She literally talked over me, didn't offer ANY help or guidance in any way & then OFFERED to go get her manager as she laughed her way out of her office. I'll never go back to this location because she was a simply evil human being who LAUGHED as I began to cry, & should not be able to work with the public. If I ever do I'll only be speaking to Kyle, who fortunately went out of his way to help me. Thank you Kyle. Kate, please find another field of work.
