Never open!! Sometimes I wonder why I bother putting my money in this bank!! I suggest everybody go with Golden 1 Credit Union. 25+ years of loyalty to this bank, and not even a notice in the mail of closure or a simple reason as to why they're closed on the door!! BAD BUSINESS ETHICS!!!

Your parking lot and front are disgusting. Filthy and lots of garbage. You should be ashamed. Employees get breaks and lunch? You can make a difference.

This is the worst Bank of America to come if you in a hurry, they always only have one teller working and at least 10 people on waiting.

The worst customer service We'd experienced doing business with Bank of America! We're soooo disappointed.! Customer for more than 20 yrs ,Happened Monday the 13th!!! 2020 ,teller was rude & unprofessional!!!! I can explain what happened if they want to hear my story but why should I?I'm closing all my accounts!

This branch is so much better. I think it is worth driving a little farther from home to get treated with respect and courtesy. I walked in and a representative said hello and smiled at me. The tellers were actually helping customers. I walked in and waited briefly and then accomplished what I needed to. It was great. I am glad there are still people who have respect for other's time.

This branch is by far the worst banking establishment. I feel there trained in uncustomer service...the tellers and bankers., especially the bankers are only concerned with there next sale. This branch is horrible, dont come here,report them.

Horrible the last several times there is only one bank teller and others sitting at desk with no clients after waiting 15 minutes in line I asked one of the gals sitting at the next if they could get another teller to help the line she said well were not tellers lame but I'm still a customer who deserves service this branch should be shut down
