My go-to location for banking because it's not too far from my house. Warning! Keep your eyes open when going to the ATM because there are a lot of homeless people around this location.

I love the neighborhood and want it to improve, but vagrants have recently started walking up and waiting for me to get out of my car to use the ATM. If you take a long time, they usually walk away, but you can spend a little more time to drive to a completely different location that's less predatory.Bank of America needs to reopen and post a guard as a visible presence to improve the safety of their ATMs.

I wanted to open a cking acct. Every time I look states there open get there & there closed. Is this how they treat there existing customers? I think I'll take my business elsewhere. They don't care we're all just $ signsExtremely Disappointed ☹️

Closed on Saturday .. The bank is surrounded by small businesses trying to get their lives back after Covid . But , if you want to get change , talk to someone or get more cash out than the ATM allows , then you are out of luck on a Saturday . Very disappointed by big business turning their back on the locals .

I don't have an account at Bank of America but my brother-in-law does in San Francisco and he had a safe deposit box but we didn't know which bank he had a safe deposit bank at. So we stopped in this Bank of America on 16th St. and Broadway in October, 2020 and they were most helpful! They were able to tell us which bank the safe deposit box was at. I stopped in again today and Liana was most helpful regarding my brother-in-law's account. She offered to make us an appointment in San Francisco and gave us details and what we needed to do. Please give kudos to Liana. For all she has done for me today.

If I Could Rate This Bank 0 Stars I Would. I Came Into This Bank With A "Bank Of America" Check That I Needed To Cash. 1st I Waited In line For 25mIn. Then The Teller Tells Me I Have To Wait While They Verify The Check. An ADDITIONAL 10min. I Entered This Bank 1-6-2020 At 12:00 Noon And Did Not Walk Out The Door Untill 12:37. Absolutely, PATHETIC! Get Your S*** Together BANK OF AMERICA! Customer Service Is GGAARRBBAAGGEE!!!!

Thank goodness I did not open up a credit card with these guys. I got my folder with all my bank info stolen and had to go through a new process of opening up a brand new one. Got my new account and had my money transferred, however the old account still remains open until no activity for some time. The representative who helped me all the while trying to make me open up a credit card with a high a** interest rate, transferred my money in the most confusing way that ended up me having a negative in my old account with an overdraft fee. I called customer service, and I only had to pay the overdraft fee, but that pissed me off because there should not have been a negative in my old account in the first place! Currently looking to bank with someone better.

I went to withdraw some money that i accidentally got direct deposited there instead of my other bank. Anyways the teller was very rude.I only keep this bank account to make bill payments so I dont care much about having huge amounts of money in it, but when I told the girl how much I needed out and from what account she rudely and loudly said "oh from the only account you have money in?" I found this to be VERY unprofessional and it made me feel embarrassed with the people behind me. I've been banking here for 6 years and after this experience I feel it's time to fully switch to another bank. Also, employees need to respect the privacy of their customers.
