I visited this bank today and I am very glad that I was able to solve my problem. In other places they sent me to hell and couldn’t help me... in this place they helped me and solved my problem. An employee named Mehwish Sarwar helped me. Just a golden man... I'm glad that I got an appointment with this man... it is on such employees that the Banking system rests. I propose to give her a bonus and increase her salary.. Thank her very much for her help and responsiveness, a professional in her field.. Respect and respect.

Open n Good Service at the counter and Parking Ticket works for 15 mins unless need more time then get stamp also nearly direct entrance from parking Lot into building.

I only took one person and gave them a Raite to the Bank and look at the employees are friendly and have free parking, you have to ask the employee to assign you a Ticket ?️? that is, a free pass so you can leave the parking lot if no one problem ?☺️?

Half the boa in Sacramento and in west Sacramento are closed all the time!!! If ur gonna play with ur customer like a fiddle just stop running these banks for good

Its closed!!! Google take this location off of your "suggested locations" list. Also the B of A ATM on K Street is no longer available. It has been removed.

These comments are directed at Bank of America in general, not at this branch. B of A is an execrable bank. Whenever they wish, they will cancel your rewards and close your account without any sufficient explanation. Avoid this bank, since they follow arbitrary rules dictated to them by incompetent people.

This is my favorite B of A in town. I also use Golden 1 for personal checking accounts, and have had a fabulous experiences with them, but as far as Business banking goes, look no further than this location. Professional, courteous staff, and not as busy as you would expect. A pleasure to visit this branch.

Staff are very nice and friendly. They had patience with my 21 months old girl. She loves to run and is very active. I'm sorry she likes to take off all their Halloween decorations.

This place is the worst Been going here for over 15 years for my small business and their service is horrible and tellers are clueless. Walk out most the time with plans to change banks but that is a hassle for a small business. Going to other branches from now on and will start transitioning to another local bank most likely.

I love this bank! The women are so friendly and helpful, everyone is always so happy. The help I receive is superb to other banks! Will always bank at this downtown location no matter the parking!
