I bought 3 times here...great discount friendly customer service...they will repair or adjust your jewellery for free in future if needed. They don't charge extra credit card fee..Great design and can also design jewelley on your request.

BE ALERT, some of the jewelry here is not gold and is fake. I bought some earrings and a pendent. After a few months, I saw that the “gold” was not gold and rather gold plated and when I went to complain, they said,”You bought one gold earring and one white-gold earring,” even though we bought two gold earrings.

The worst customer service ever. I used to come this store a lot but then I moved out of state and came back to their store for shopping but the way they treated me and my friend was unacceptable. Will never ever going back to this place.

Been here twice already while visiting from out of state. We found this place based on a recommendation from my cousin. My mom needed her bracelet repaired. I found some nice jewelry while I was there and was given a great price. I received excellent customer service and would highly recommend them to others. They do get very busy at times, so it make take some time to get help, but it is so worth it or just to visit during a non- busy hours. He told me their policies around their purchases, so I was aware upfront of their return policy or trade-in policy. I left very satisfied and would definitely return for my future needs.

They don’t have any manner at all, very poor customer service. Promised me for a pair of bangles and it’s been already 6month still didn’t get it and they never call though they promised to me. I stoped by minimum 4/5 times?And now they are not answering the phone. Just disgusting? Don’t waste your time.

Very poor customer service. Very poor workmanship. I got 2 rings remade from Jony, it’s now nearly 3 months that I have been chasing him because he didn’t make them right .. initially he said his guy who makes the kind of ring I want doesn’t have the mould. Then he said oh I’ve made it for you temporarily till we get the mould .. and that he will call me. Till date he hasn’t called and when I call he says he’s very busy and that he will call... very bad experience!! Please don’t get anything made from them...
