I wasn't sure what I was coming in for, but Emilio helped me out with no hesitation. I showed him what I thought was the issue and he helped me find the right part and replaced it for me!!! Great Customer Service! Thank YOU again Emilio!!!

Took my car to a well known auto shop. (referred by my mechanic) Got a set of tires & alignment. Went back with a problem & was brushed off. Was told to come back later due to short staff. I went to autozone & was done in 5 minutes. Goodbye expensive shop. Edward took excellent care of me. Thank you.

Yup car broke down on a roadtrip this past Tuesday. Super stressful day for me and came to AutoZone on Del Paso Rd to see what was going on with my car, after I got a jump. Super nice cool younger guy. Told me he played baseball growing up just like me. Didn’t catch his name but super good guy. Ran his tests, Got me a battery and installed it for me. Then we do the alternator test, and of course guy says I need a new alternator as well. Calls a few places for me and sends me down the road to a guy by the name of “Raj” and I pull up expecting to drop 5/6 bills on an alternator. Raj fires me up by telling me that he did his own test on my car, and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with my alternator. In fact, it’s perfect. Dead on. Told Raj see ya, gave him knucks, and bounced to Vegas. Good doing business with you kid saved 6 big ones. You guys got a clean shop and Del Paso. Be seeing!

Emerald and Jason helped me fix my alternator after the hot power on the back of it caught fire and melted the wire. Even let me borrow their tools 10/10 service

Jason P., Caleb, and Starr were very helpful. I went to this store to purchase oil, oil filter, air filter, and windshield wipers. They were very courteous and got me the right parts. They even told me about the free oil filter that comes with purchasing the oil and the discount on the windshield wipers. I will be coming back here again due to the great customer service!
