Sam went out of his way today to help my son and I find the correct lug nuts to replace what had been stolen off our vehicle. We purchased the incorrect size first, but he went above and beyond (coming out to our vehicle) to ensure we had the proper fit. Thanks so much for the extra effort!

I had to replace an axle in a 2014 Doge Ram. Auto zone had everything I needed to complete the job. The clerk was able to determine that my truck was a 9inch rear end.

I have used this store for the last 5 yrs. As long as I can remember I always had to rely on the the competency of the employees because the manager is a jerk. When I ask him a questions about an inverter they had in stock and his answer was nonsense. He did not have a clue as to the meaning of my question. He is not only rude, but he doesn't train the employees on how to answer the phone and treat the caller with respect.
