I walked in and Vicinte helped me right away with getting me the correct transmission fluid. He even came out in the heat to put it in for me so I didn’t have to look it up on YouTube myself!! Thank you so much for your great customer service!

Ms.s , along with Ceasar and another gentleman helped me so much. I was struggling came to get my battery tested turned out its my starter. They all went above and beyond to help me figure it out and make sure I wasn't just left with an unmoving vehicle. Thank you ALL SOOO VERY MUCH!!!

My back break lights went out and I found a pair of replacements for less than $10 including the bulb ? greese which I didn't know existed and needed. Now I'm back on the road legal again without worrying about getting a fix-it ticket from the man.

I am one of AutoZone’s old customer and I mostly buy parts from them today two of their employees attacked me verbally. I had a dead battery and was trying to fix my car’s brakes that I got from them.

I must say that my recent experience at AutoZone here on Watt and Whitney was such a great experience. James the night manager is such a good guy I don't think I even have the words to justify it. I had such a good experience that when I go back to AutoZone to get the things I need for my mom's car I'm going to the AutoZone on Watt and Whitney and I live on Mack and Franklin you cannot beat that type of customer service not even with a bat.
