I went in for a new battery and the sale manager, Marko, was super helpful. He was very knowledgeable and explained the different types of batteries and their pros and cons. He did not try to upsell and made sure to give me the best deal possible. All around great experience from an Autozone I frequent and have positive experiences with every visit.

First their services exceptional. One of the cashiers left the store and clean my battery terminals. They were also about 30% less then O'Reilly Auto parts yesterday.

I took back some led lights and the tall guy gone say the lights was 35 dollars and pass me the card gave me no time to give him my receipt in the short guy saying he was nice to you so there should be no complaints dim the lights to $179 he would not give me my money

I went in for the code finder because my mom’s check engine light has been on. The larger person was friendlier, gave me the code finder. The tall, loud person was extremely rude. He was jokingly yelling at the person on the phone which in my opinion is unprofessional in front of customers. He asked me if my car has been running funny and I said no the check engine light is on. He said in a more rude tone but is your car runny funny. I politely said no it’s not and he rolled his eyes and waited for the report to print. Once it printed he asked me if I wanted to buy the part to which I politely declined. Before I had even gotten a chance to look over the paper, he handed me the report, and dismissed by saying loudly “BYE” and walked away only to come back to continue his phone call in an unpleasantly loud voice. This experience was extremely unpleasant and I will not be purchasing from this location if he is present.
