“My first and definitely NOT my last time dealing with this team. Energetic, fun, smiles and HELP is what they offer. I recommend calling them first for availability and pricing before calling elsewhere. Then if you find it cheaper, consider quality and bring them proof of it being cheaper somewhere else. They were very attentive, informative and knowledgeable about the repair done to my car. I use to only have one main mechanic. I now have two. They are my main and the other is backup.”
“I got my truck towed in because I found antifreeze all over the ground underneath it. I also had a strong smell of antifreeze when I turned on the heater. Not only did they let me get it towed there at closing they waited for it to arrive a few minutes after they closed. The next morning they diagnosed the issues. They contacted my extended warranty company and did what needed to be done to get it covered. They sent me pics and let me know what to expect etc. They were so knowledgeable and super nice. They made sure to take it for a test drive to make sure everything was good. Not only did they save me the time, hassle and stress of having to contact the insurance Company they dealt with them every step of the way. Above and beyond is what comes to mind when I think about my experience with them. I will never go back to the dealership again. I will be a loyal customer as long as they are in business. I don’t do 5 stars often but I gotta say they deserve every one of them.”

I called and spoke with Pete. He said to call when 3A had it and was on the way.
I did about 11:00. He called back about 1:00 to give an estimate. (Just over $500, which was in line with Carfax App pricing.)
About 2:30, he called back and it was finished. Price was reasonable.”

The staff is friendly, quick, and responsive. I happened to bring up a small issue/question about my vehicle, and the tech at the front desk actually went the extra mile to pull up a video on a simple self-fix to show me. I will be back and I will be telling my friends about this place!”

“I am a single woman who was 4 hours away from home and having car problems. I was searching for a mechanic on the internet for an area that i knew nothing about and where i only know 3 people and then God sent me to East Sacto Auto. I say God sent me because i couldnt have had a better experience. From the first phone call to when i left out of there with my car repaired, i had zero worries of being taken advantage of. The folks at this shop are above and beyond in every way. My car was with them for 3 hours and i got it back completely repaired and for a very reasonable price. On top of that they cleaned the inside, (it smelled amazing) and got all the film off my headlights so that they were looking brand new and worked so much better. And they topped off all my fluids. They really went above and beyond. I couldnt have been more pleased. They communicated constantly with me and they really made me feel like they cared about me, a complete stranger. The best part is now i have an amazing and reliable mechanic up here in Sac that my 23 year old can take her car. And thats a huge win for my mama heart. They really made my day. They were extremely thorough and I'm not sure another shop would have been able to get the job done. Communication was good and I never wondered where things were at with my repair. “Vlad and his team took great care in the repair of my vehicle. They explained the process thoroughly and kept me in the loop via phone calls and texts throughout the process. My repairs included a rear bumper fix, paint, and garnish replacements. I also had a previous repair from another shop redone due to the poor quality. The Re-lux team was able to restore my car to factory finish, and it was all completed in 4-days! I hope I don't have to visit a body shop again, but if I do, I'll be choosing Re-lux Collision.”
