I have been coming to this office for years to get my taxes done. When the pandemic started, it changed the way we get our taxes done. For the first time my CPA asked me to pay her through a money moving application which I was hesitant to do being the fact that I work in the banking industry and do not put my account information in just any money moving service. I tried to pay with cashier's check like usual but it was not accepted payment method. My taxes were filed without payment for 2019. Come time to file my 2020 taxes, my CPA acts completely different towards me. I paid for last year services and this year services with a cashier's check in advance and before getting my 2020 documents uploaded. I asked how am I supposed to make my payment for this year and I was told that it would be filed. Now I have a past due notice from the IRS. I notify my CPA right away and I'm told she will look into it this week. Well folks, it's Thursday and my past due taxes are due on August 17th. The pandemic has changed the relationship my CPA has with me. Never had such a horrible communication and lack of commitment to follow through on service. I guess you can't trust someone you can't see in person anymore. I've never been late with my taxes before. Remember that I mentioned trying to pay for my services like I usually do when the pandemic first hit and it wasn't accepted. I didn't pay the way my CPA wanted and now I have completely different treatment... it's disrespectful!!!

Natalya has been my accountant for three years. I find her to be extremely knowledgeable and extremely competent in doing her job. She has seen me through difficult financial situations and always helped me come through. Her demeanor is kind, calm and relaxing. This is a blessing because tax time causes a lot of anxiety for me. I appreciate her beyond the measure of these words and will continue to use her services for all the years to come. We've started with Atlas accounting over 6 months ago and it has never been easier doing accounting. Natalya and her team made sure all of our processes are in place and we stay on top of taxes, payroll and other financials. It's so important for a small business to have the knowledgeable accounting help and we have found ours. It's a pleasure working with with this company. Would be happy to continue doing business with them!

Atlas Accounting has been so wonderful. When I first started my agency, they handled the entire process of setting up my California S-Corporation. After a year of operating, I was overwhelmed at how to keep track of my books, so they setup an affordable monthly plan where they input my transactions to keep my books nice and tidy. And during tax time, they do all my taxes! If you're a new or existing business, I HIGHLY recommend Atlas Accounting for your bookkeeping/CPA needs.

Natalya at Atlas accounting has been a lifesaver to me. I have been a business owner for years. I tried some CPA and bookkeepers and they did not perform. I then tried to do it all by myself but found I was too busy to stay on top of Quickbooks. I HATED to look at my numbers. Now I am at peace! My wife is happy. As new start up Business 5 years ago, I needed a good accountant and Atlas Accounting walked through my door and the rest is history. Natalya has worked with me all the way and has went the extra mile with my tax help. She walked me through with quickbooks ( I was lost lol ) and she straightened everything and got me back on track. If your looking for a company who knows what their doing go Atlas ! As long as I'm in business, Atlas is my accounting firm.

Natalya at Atlas accounting has made my business so much easier. I used to dread opening up my Quickbooks, trying to figure out how to reconcile credit card purchases, determining taxes etc. I hated thinking about EDD forms. Love this place for my taxes. Inexpensive, very thorough. I thoroughly trust my taxes are correct. She also gives me tips on how to be able to get more out of my tax return.
