I would love to give them 5 stars because they have a nice range of product and unique from all of the other head shop wholesalers in the bay area. And I literally have been to them all outsidemore of the one in San Jose. Great prices really great prices. But customer service is not great at all. Kinda horrible really. The first time I came. Granted I came 30min b4 closing. But I had like 1100 dollar's on me . And although they was kinda patient with me but very visibly irritated and anxiously waiting for me to hurry up.. I came another time around the same time I had even more money I was straight up turned away. And ended up going to MGM who stays open until 6pm. It just sticker me as odd. Because either which is probably the case. They have lots and lots of clientle who spend much more money then I ever had probably ever couple times a week so my little chump change can be passed by. But in my mind or if the shoe was on the other feet. And although this customer every time she comes it's 30from closing time last time she spent over a grand good chance she might do the same I would close a little later than normally. They remembered me to? But I guess that's just me plus every time I have went there they look at me like as if I'm from a different planet or something they never seen before. Outside of the.i keep going back despite that cause you really can't beat the prices

Best pricing and service! Huge warehouse with that blows every other warehouse in Sacramento out the water. They always offer great advice and fix any problems. I am very thankful for business partners such as Arsh Wholesale!
