Slavic is the best. I came in today and on a very short notice, he made a very good repair. My first time there and I'll definitely be back. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and the service is professional and quick. I was lucky to have my order done the same day and the quality was excellent. I think all of the low star ratings are from the time when this place was run by the previous owner. I can't imagine Slavic getting a 1 star review - impossible. Excellent and friendly service.

Best shoe repair. I noticed a big black spot on brand new leather camel colored sandals. They were able to clean and cover the spot so the look new again. Reasonable fees, trustworthy, professional, and friendly.

I just want to say what outstanding customer service I received while here. I was in need of some new work boots and the gentleman that helped me was exceptionally polite, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. After such a great experience shopping here I am proud to report I will be a returning customer for as long as they are in business. I can't possibly stress enough how wonderful of a shopping experience this was.

Bought what I believe was a brand new pair of shoes for one of my shoes to look like this on the bottom the other one was perfectly fine I did call and mention to him he did offer for me to come in but unfortunately I got busy and didn’t have time to return themId check any shoe from this place before buying

I have gone to Arden Shoes for the last 5 years. I've bought a few pairs of shoes and had repairs and adjustments done. They always do what I ask and the work has always been good at a reasonable price. They've always been polite and friendly. Please support this small, local business. Their rent is extremely high to be in this location. I've never been disappointed in their quality of work.

Arden Plaza Shoes is AMAZING and has saved us thousands of dollars! Slavic and Slavic, the two lifelong friends there, are the nicest of people and always do an amazing job at a fair price. Over the years my family has had many items, not just shoes, repaired there. They restored my wife's 2 pairs of Born boots 2 to 3 times each, restored and re-waterproofed my Timberland gardening shoes multiple times, fixed the strap on my computer backpack, repaired my carryon zipper, repaired and waterproofed several leather jackets and of course polished and shined my dress shoes in a way I never can. Added together, they have easily saved us thousands of dollars in replacement costs, which is good for us and the environment. So, rummage through your closet and find all your shoes, luggage, leather clothing, etc. that need cleaning or repairs and feel confident that Arden Plaza Shoes will take care of you in the friendliest, most affordable, and capable way.

Because of an operation on my hip I can't tye my shoes I live in Camino apple hill the shoe repair shop in placerville Said he could put on Velcro strips and replace my shoe strings no problem BUT WHEN I TOOK MY shoes to him he silently looked at them for about 5 minutes and then Said he could not do the job. So a good friend of mine turn me on to Arden plaza shoes Took them down to Arden plaza shores I was sure the guy fixed him within 3 days and now I can wear my shoes and not have to worry about tripping with my sandels on a Walker.the owner did a great job I highly recommend ARDEN PLAZA SHOES REPAIR.

I had another shop try and repair my Birkenstock but they cam apart.I go to the Hallmark Card Store in Arden Plaza. I noticed there a shoe repair/shoe store call Arden Plaza Shoes. April I decided to take my Birkenstocks to have them repaired again I wasn't ready to tossed them out yet. I took t wore them a few times and no problem only wished I had did a before and after picture. Thanks Salvjk for doing a awesome job

The gentleman that fixed my leather boots was professional & kind & the service was faster and more affordable than anticipated. I was going to buy a new pair of boots because I thought mine was beyond repair but he fixed them up as new. The store has a real "old school" vibe to it, with paper receipts and a door bell when entering, but I loved it all. He seems to take great pride in his work.

My wife asked me to post a review for this store as she doesn't have an account here. She was in dire need of some new cute shoes and happened to walk in the other day. Essentially she wanted just to see if her shoes could be repaired and the people here told her they absolutely could. However she ended up browsing and found a wonderful pair of shoes which that were a style close to her old ones and so requested to try a pair. Apparently the man helping her was super nice and accommodating and when the shoes turned out slightly too big, he told her no problem and went in the back and came back with the same pair but adjusted to her foot size....and it worked perfectly! She was very impressed and came back with a huge smile on her face and told me she would be coming back in the future for certain as there wasn't any reason in her mind that she should ever need to go to a big box shoe store again. So yeah, that was her impression and I'm also appreciative for the care this shop gave to her; thanks a lot! 10 out of 10

I was so wonderfully surprised at how many brands of shoes this small store has. I honestly do not like trying on shoes, and this place made it easy and fun. I came home with two wonderful pairs of perfectly fitted shoes. Several long-time customers came in while I was there, and they all raved about both the shoes and the repair work done here so I highly recommend.

Got the deep scuffing out and polished up like new for my old favorite brown leather boots. Great location. Will happily use again for all my leather shoe repairs in the future!
