First time customer and will definitely return. Staff is VERY knowledgeable, respectful and overall nice /genuine people. I came to get a sentimental gold chain fixed and they were able to get it done very quick. 10/10 recommend

They helped us pick our ideal setting and ordered diamonds in so we could choose which one would look best. They gave us a beautiful ring and made sure to stay in our budget. I had some issues with the sizing on the ring because my hands are a little odd, but they were very patient and resized them twice. I will recommend these jewelers to all friends and family.

I cannot speak highly enough about Arden Jewelers. From the very beginning, I received the most outstanding customer service and care. Angelo was incredibly helpful when appraising a diamond I had inherited from my great grandmother, and creating the ring of my dreams with a quick turn-around time. He also was able to special order my wedding ring on short notice and moved mountains to get it to me before my wedding day. I am so grateful for the care that my husband and I received. I had a great experience with Eva Lowe, the gemologist that works at Arden Jewelers, she was very pleasant, polite, helpful and kind helping me with my service repair request. It is a very clean and organized store. I recommend to everyone that have repairs to be done on their jewelry.

My partner and I needed a ring resizing done with a very quick turn around as she was leaving the country within the next couple of days. We were initially worried about the time crunch, but Stephen helped us through it all and managed to accommodate a next-day service for us. We couldn't be more happy with the quality and definitely appreciate the wonderful service!

So after considering a couple different jewelers and getting price quotes from a couple different spots, I contacted Arden jewelers and was informed to go in and talk to Angelo, well I am actually glad I did. He was extremely knowledgeable on what I was looking for and how I was getting ready to resize my wedding band and gave me a quote and the quote that I got on the phone was the exact quote he gave me in person was extremely happy with the craftsmanship the way they performed the resizing definitely would recommend to anyone that is looking to get their jewelry fixed resized or if you're looking for something in particular to go over and see them definitely will do business again

Stephen helped with diamond anniversary ring. Checked the setting and examined all my rings. Alerted me on one band and then helped with a gold chain. Beautiful delicate and exactly what I have been looking for. Honest and willing to check rather than claim work needed. Will get my better jewelry from this location only.

I have been going to Arden Jewelers for 5 years for all my jewelry needs, from selling used jewelry, creating custom pieces or buying pre-made jewelry from their collection. The staff have always treated me fairly, have been kind and honest while never pressuring me to buy anything. Their staff is also very knowledgeable and has assisted me in picking the right pieces and gemstones for my lifestyle. I go to them because they have the best prices I have found and the jewelry is good quality and made to last. I highly recommend them to anyone shopping for fine jewelry.

I broke a necklace (actually I put my hand through it when I was taking off my blouse). My husband had purchased it in England, and I loved it. Today I was running errands and I saw the Arden Jewelers store today and decided to stop.The saleswoman told me it was an easy fix and took it to the jeweler. She was back in 2 minutes! I asked how much, and she said it was FREE. I will be going back there the next time I want jewelry or need repairs.

By far the best jewelry store around! Angelo and the rest of the staff are always so welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful. My husband bought my engagement ring and band here and they couldn’t be more perfect.
