The gas is fine I guess! The 1 star is for that excuse of a carwash! The only thing working in there is the machine that charges your account! Also the equipment messed up my wheels!

AMPM ORCHARD LANE, Sacramento (just off the freeway) Terrible customer service. 2 clerks, no problem solving ability to appease customer. After paying for a car wash & 6 gal of gas, my receipt indicated $0. Clerk provided another receipt which also said $0. Even though I said I paid for the gas with a dr card, he said to come back after checking my bank acct. Returned about an hr later. Don't live in the area but kind of stuck around. They were finally able to print a duplicate receipt -- then one of the clerks tried the car wash code on the receipt. It didn't work so they said I had already used the code. He could see the car was filthy. I told them it had been over an hr since last being there. Had the online bank records in hand d he requested. They couldn't even give me another code to use. Will be back tomorrow AM to talk with the manager even though I don't live in the area to get a credit or get a car wash. Clerks should be able to handle that simple of transactions. Hoping the manager will be more accommodating.

There's a sign inside saying bathrooms are only for paying customers. We were paying customers! Both bathrooms said vacant and you need the door code to get in. I asked for the code to get into them (had 3 kids who needed to use the bathroom). The gentleman said "they are out of order". I call bull. There was no sign saying anywhere the bathrooms don't work but plenty saying you needed to be a paying customer. I think he saw kids and just said no.

My visit here was good no issues or problems, I did notice one of the drinks on the machine was out and incorrect. It didn't match the label in its place and the lady warming the food behind the counter says "Yeah they aren't making a new label so what you get is whatever comes out enjoy" lol! Umm thanks I mean the Sunkist soda and Unbound Enerygy drink mix wasn't too bad, actually it was delicious so Thank you!Overall a nice visit love all the items and selections to choose from just the biggest thing is if possible removing extra uneeded stack outs of randoms so you can walk in all the aisles without tripping over them or making it crowded.Thanks!

Beware of their car wash! My car was stuck. I had no extra wide tires, no roof rack, but the mechanism would NOT love my car forward and yes, it was in neutral. I had to backup manually. Beware!!!

I want to say THANK YOU to the employees at this gas station. I lost my AirPods, must have slipped out of my pocket. The next day, they had them waiting for me at the cash register and my AirPods were returned. There are still honest people left and I truly appreciate the crew holding onto them.

I have been getting gas here ever since I got my license I live right down the street and never had any issues until a couple days ago 1/27 at 10pm at night. I came to pump gas and pulled up to number 3 and get out of my car to pump gas I put the gas pump in my brand new 2021 rav 4 and being a women at night I always get Back into my car and lock the doors and wait for the pump to go off. Recently I have been paying around 45 dollars to fill up my tank. So I am waiting and look up and see that the meter is at 60 dollars. I am like what is going on I didn't hear the pump go off so I get out if my car and when I get out of my car the gas is overflowing all over my car and on the ground! I immediately grab the gas pump and it's still over flowing onto the ground without even being pressed on the handle so I slam it back into where it's supposed to go on the gas pump station and it stops. I am now sitting there with gas all over my car down my wheel and all on the ground. This has never ever happened to me before. I grabbed the worker to let him know that the gas pump is broken, and he tells me that he KNEW IT WAS BROKEN! And pulls out a traffic cone that was tucked around the corner of the gas pump but nowhere near where anyone could've seen it pulling up for gas. Then he puts the traffic cone back in front of the station and tried to just walk away. At this point I'm pissed and I'm like why wasn't there a sign on the screen and he mumbles something and walks away. I call my boyfriend to come and meet me and my boyfriend walks in and asks him for some sort of a refund or compensation because of all the gas that was on the ground. He lets us know that the manager will be in on Monday, today 1/30/2023 and we can come back and ask for a refund then and we will get one. He gives us a receipt with his name on it and the date and which pump was broken and that a refund is needed. Well we come back today 1/27 and bring in the receipt. And gas station attendant calls the owner now and the owner calls my boyfriends phone and pretty much tells us that WE ARE LYING AND THAT NO PUMP WAS EVER BROKEN AND THAT THERES NO PROOF? I was like what? He tells us he will look at the cameras to see if any had even spilled out and get back to my boyfriend. At the end of the day it was nothing more then a bit of a traumatic experience and it was very unpleasant and unprofessional how it was taken care of. I will never be returning and I hope that helps someone else.

Very very poor customer service all around. Looks like a family owned franchise business. AMPM needs to hold them to standards or take away partnership. Go to this place several times only because of convenience. They don't ever greet you. Just stand around and talk or be in the back room. And when they turn and look at you, that's their way of saying - can I help you. They rarely talk. One time I have to repeat to the cashier like five times that I wanted a pack of cigarettes because he was on the phone. Another time was during after hours and it took forever for cashier to come to the window so me and another customer just left. Gave them the benefit of the doubt but after many times, it seems like these people do this on purpose and it has nothing to do with poor training or understanding of ethics.
