“Cynthia is a wizard at finding an order when there is a typo in the system. Back story to this review: I had ordered a vanity, and brushed nickel faucet from the showroom for my customer, was told that it will be in, in about a week and half. The week and a half was up, and I had the day prior to find where in the world my vanity is, and they couldn't find it. The next day I popped in and Cynthia totally kicked butt, found the order in no time at all. And like that I was going on about my day. You rock Cynthia.”
“We cannot say enough good things about NCA Grills, from the administrative staff, to the skilled technicians, to the sales and design team, and all the way up to the owner, Gary himself! Based on prior reviews, we expected an outstanding outdoor kitchen from NCA Grills, but were frankly blown away by the incredible customer service and support we received. And we absolutely LOVE our new outdoor kitchen!Our experience began at the recent Sacramento Home Show, where we happened upon their pavilion. We had the good fortune of meeting Rose there, where she carefully listened to what we were interested in doing, and created a very nice schematic plan on the spot! Rose listened carefully to come up with something that fit exactly what we needed in the tight space we had available. From there, things continued to get better and better.Due to some special circumstances with difficult access to our yard, Gary made a special trip to our home and personally measured everything. In order to get the unit into our yard, he agreed to bring it in two separate pieces (base unit and countertop) and then completely assemble the unit and install the stacked stone in our backyard. This required two separate days of installation. Gary never said the word "NO" to anything we asked. He made changes we requested along the way, without any hesitation. And kindly did not charge us extra, as would normally be the case.We found pricing to be much better than we expected, and never felt nickeled and dimed in any way. We set a date for installation and Gary kept his word. The unit was delivered and installed by a team of professionals, including Gary himself, who came out to supervise the difficult access issue, and helped move the large kitchen himself, along with three of his team members.During the two days of installation, Gary came by numerous times to check on how things are going and responded immediately to any questions we had. When it was all finished, he came by one last time, and personally gave it a nice cleaning, including polishing the stainless steel! This is the owner of the company and shows how much he cares about his customers and places their satisfaction at the highest level of importance.Then Gary shocked us with a gift of a new Blaze Grill Cover, which we will install later today. The end result is beautiful and adds greatly to the look and appeal of our yard. We can't wait to use the new kitchen.NCA Grills is a family-owned business, well established in the Sacramento Area, and is a pleasure to work with, well beyond our expectations. Gary even posed for a photo in front of our beautiful new kitchen.If you are looking for a new outdoor kitchen or firepit, look no further than NCA Grills. You will be very happy with the result!”

“This is one of my favorite stores , please keep in mind the company I work for do alots of business like a ton of business, and probably we get the special treatment, but my experience has being excellent .The customer service is excellent every time , and every day .Plus points to the store they have the hotdogs and sodas so you can always have a bit to eat.Parking there is plenty of parking even wen busy the parking lot is big .Knowledgeable staff and always willing to help ,If they dont have something they can order it for you.I have seen regular average joe walk in the store and being help and gwt what their were looking for so that says a lot .”

“Clean and great place. This is one of the best plumbing stores. They really do have everything that hd supply, Home Depot, cal steam,don't have. I like how the parking space is huge so you can always park in front of the store plus it's a gated private property. So if you have some expensive stuff in your truck you don't have to worry about it at all. Stuff is always friendly and helpful. I did t know about this place till one of my plumber told me about it. The store inside is clean and they also have some coffee to offer. If you are looking for something that needs to be special ordered and it will take weeks to come In , I would highly suggest to visit this store to satisfy you needs.”

“Clean, well lit. Employees were helpful and friendly. They took my paint order and got it ready for me while I went to the bathroom. Bathrooms were clean, stocked, no issues. After picking up a few more items, I went back to pick up the paint and checked out. Practically no wait in line (1 person ahead of me but it went quickly). Got everything I need and had no problems. Thank you Home Depot and keep up the great work!”
