I moved in to a new home and got what I needed without breaking my bank. The staff was helpful. I had my washer and dryer delivered, and they showed up the correct day and got the job done quickly.

I purchased a freezer. They were supposed to plug it in, so I could pick it up the next day and make sure it was working. In the evening I changed my mind and called asking for a refund. They wanted to charge a 20% cancelation fee, even though the freezer was never in my possession. The only other option was to drive 45 minutes one way, back to the store, to show the person my reciept. They wouldn't except a picture or email of the receipt. I hope their customer service improves.

Bought a refrigerator last weekend. Very large selection of fridges for all price ranges, staff is very friendly and helped load the fridge into our truck. Fridge works great! Will definitely buy another appliance again.

I bought a used washer, dryer, and refrigerator from these guys. I really enjoyed shopping at their location. The store has a huge selection of washer and dryer sets (like sets that match in brand and model), and a good selection of refrigerators, all out for display. The staff is super nice and helpful with explaining how to pick out the best appliances for your needs. They’re very knowledgeable about how the different washer and dryer form factors work. They gave me a 15% discount on a package deal plus half off delivery and installation ($22 for delivery and install!). Everything went in smoothly and the appliances are working like champs!Update: if I could give this company 6 stars I would. Around a month later and I noticed that my refrigerator isn’t super cold. The dial is up all the way but things inside are coldish at best. Milk is going bad in a few days. Stuff in the freezer door isn’t freezing. So I call the company. They had someone at my house the next day who was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem in minutes. The fan was out so cold air was being made but not circulated. He took out the old fan and put a replacement fan in right in the spot, no charge of course. The fridge is super cold now. This business is the definition of a great business to deal with. Highly recommend if you’re in the market for used appliances.

Went to AW at the end of January and purchased a refrigerator, washer and dryer. Then had a very large selection of appliances to meet almost any budget. The sales staff was very helpful and answered any questions we had. We showed them pictures of our hook ups (it was our first time purchasing our own alliances) and they pointed us towards the correct type of appliances. The appliances were delivered and hooked up the next day. The guy was super informative and friendly. The appliances come with a 60 day in-home warranty with the option to leave an honest review of the store for an additional free 30 days. After the initial 60-90 days, the appliances are covered under a year warranty, however the customer is responsible for transporting the appliance back to the warehouse.Fast forward about a month, I noticed that the washer was leaking water. I contacted the store and they sent a repair person to the house within the next 24 hours. The man came out and replaced a valve. He did the job, packed up and left. He did not provide much additional information. Two weeks later, water was on the floor again. I contacted the store again and they sent another repair person. This guy, Chris, was much more informative and asked questions to try to diagnose the issue. He had to track down a part and said he would have to come back to complete the repair. He came back two days later and replaced two more parts.Overall, our interactions with AW have been quick, easy, and overall positive. Fingers crossed that the issue is now resolved!

We purchased a washer/ dryer set back in October 2023 and literally a few days later they had to come out and fix it because the cold water wouldn’t stop running. Fast forward to a few months later and now it’s doing the same problem and the rinse cycle doesn’t work. They want us to pay for diagnostic, parts and labor but I thought we were under warranty? We’ve only had this set for 5 months and it’s had problems. I don’t recommend this business at all.

Went to Appliance Warehouse today 3/18/24 and was very happy to see reasonable prices for their refurbished appliances. I bought a washer and a frig and saved 10% paying cash. Dawn was so helpful; and it's so nice to see great customer service is still alive and well. I would recommend this business to anybody looking for large appliances but not wanting to spend a lot of money on brand new.
