I was referred to AS by a colleague I trusted. What a great referral!! They put ppf and ceramic coating on my car and my wife's car. On one car, we requested to have the windows tinted and not on the other. We were back within a month having the other car windows tinted. Service was excellent!! When we had a minor issue with the ppf, they immediately responded and took care of it. I highly recommend this business!!

Mike and his team did an increadible job on my 2020 Audi R8. It had been butchered by previous owner who had put on a wrap. They fix all the damage, performed paint correction, replaced all the missing snaps and then put on PPF and ceramic coating. It looks better than new. Thanks again Mike and your team!!!!

Mike and his team are a force of talent, experience, and customer service! Being a small business owner, I know that prices and the level of service could differ greatly between companies that offer the same services especially when I needed tint for my Tesla Model X that has a windshield sized at 31 square feet! Not a lot of their competition even know how to tint the Model X windshield! All in all, they delivered! My Model X looks great from the outside and feels SO great on the inside after they installed Xpel Prime Plus tint all around. The special part of this company and its owner is that they genuinely care for people. I witnessed Mike overhearing somebody having a really bad day across the street (Not Mike's Client). Mike walked over to investigate and next thing you know, that somebody was smiling and in a better mood. An exceptional business puts people first regardless of its industry, and this is one of those rare businesses that you will come across in life! Highly Recommend!

What can I say? Michael Jutis and his crew are the best!!! 11 years ago he put a seal coat on my Tesla Model S. I was in an auto accident recently and 40 days after the collison repairs were finished I took my car back to him for re-sealing and it looks absolutely brand new. I absolutey recommend him and know him to be informative, honest, and fair. Plus it was a kick to see him after all these years and get this...he remembered me! That's how much he cares about his customers.

I am extremely happy with Mike and Appearance solutions. I had my M3 get a full XPEL PPF Wrap with ceramic coating. He did not try to upsell me and was Willing to do a partial PPF if that is what i desired. Mike really invested his time up front. He took his time answering all my questions over numerous telephone conversations even before I had agreed to go with his company. He is very professional and his team did an amazing job on my car. One of his leads, Oscar, was also very helpful and friendly when I stopped by the shop. I would recommend Appearance Solutions without any reservations.

You can tell a lot about the integrity of a business by their willingness to help people with small jobs. Had a small amount of piano black trim I wanted wrapped in a satin PPF. Oscar was thorough in explaining the process and squeezed me in the next morning and Mike was kind enough to give me a lift home since I lived in the neighborhood across the train tracks. Great experience and a welcome reprieve from some of the other shops in the area.

Great service and a clean professional environment. I stopped by for an estimate and to schedule a future date but they got me right in and did a same day ceramic window tint service on my 2023 Hummer EV1. Clean work and no residue or stains after. (like my past vehicle). I highly recommend and I was very satisfied.

Got referred to these guys by a friend that has done a bunch of cars with them. They did an awesome job on my Rivian R1S. I had them do window tint, PPF front and sides, and Ceramic coating. They had it done when promised and am super happy with the finished product. Mike and Oscar answered all my questions and gave me some cool detail tips. Very responsive to questions and requests for information. What appealed to me first was that Mike did not keep "bidding" for my business like many of the other vendors did. This gave me a more secure feeing about the integrity of his company and services. His ceramic coating process was at the very high end of the estimates I sought, and certainly I would have liked a lower price. But he provided a very thorough description of what would be included, and it conformed to the best practices I had learned about in the extensive research I had done beforehand. When I arrived for my appointment I was very impressed with the way he managed his staff, their professionalism, and that Mike was using a checklist for activities and quality control (the proven military way!). Further, the vehicles he had in progress looked fabulous, so I was comfortable leaving my new toy with him. The results were every bit as rewarding as I had hoped. The vehicle looked even better than it had on the showroom floor, and the added tinting I requested just improved the look. A week into driving the car, the very few flecks that have had the nerve to fall on my prized car have been very easily removed. I have high hopes and considerable confidence that the coming years of driving will justify what initially seemed like a prohibitively significant investment.

After getting my new 2023 Porsche 911 Carerra T, I knew it had to protect it as this was my new baby. I did a ton of research into PPF and tinting and shops in the Sacramento Region and even as far as away as the Bay Area. The shop that came up time and time again was Appearance Solutions in Sac. I reached out and spoke to Mike, the owner of the shop, who was very knowledgeable and we kept in touch periodically until my baby was delivered. The dealership tried selling me there stuff, but I went to the shop that I heard the most positive comments about which was Appearance Solutions. I opted for the full car wrap and tinting with ceramic as well. They take their time and do the job right which I appreciated a lot. They also sent me multiple photos and even a video of their progress on my baby. Easy and fast to communicate with and super professional staff. I wholeheartedly recommend Mike and the pros at Appearance Solutions!

I had the front clip of my Truck XPEL wrapped and the rest ceramic coated along with ceramic window tint done at Appearance Solutions in 2019 right after purchasing it. The truck still looks like new, but after having to have the windshield replaced I took it in to have the tint reapplied. While it was there I had a full detail done just to freshen it up a bit as it sits outside. I could not be happier with the results. The truck came back looking better than I thought possible. I highly recommend this shop. They use only the finest products and simply explain your options with no high pressure sales tactics. If you are looking for a quality shop for clear wrap, ceramic coating or ceramic tint, do yourself a favor and go straight to Appearance Solutions.
