Working with Anne was very smooth and fun! She is very kind, patient, energetic, always happy, and has a great vibe around her. She’s just helped me purchase my first home! I had no idea what to do or what to look for as a first time home buyer. Anne took the time and walked me through all the steps to buying a home. She is very honest and will tell you if something doesn’t look right, and her onion of the place. I really appreciated all of her input as it opened my eyes to a lot of things I didn’t know I didn’t want in a house. After looking at a few houses and hearing what I like and don’t like, she knew exactly what kind of houses I was interested in. She introduced me to areas I didn't even know existed! You can tell she knows her stuff. She isn’t your average real estate agent! Shes there to fight for you. I think of her as my lawyer when I was buying a home. I will definitely be going back to her again in the future.

We toured many houses together through Sacramento region since I did not know exactly where I wanted to live and ended up finding a great house in River Park. Anne has solid understanding of the real estate market and buyers' likes and dislikes. She helped us price our house appropriately by looking at similar houses in the market and adjusted it as the real estate market shifted in the Fall of 2023 due to continuing rise in mortgage interest rates. Anne made a lot of useful suggestions in getting our house ready for sale and helped us at every step throughout the process to close on the sale. It was a real pleasure working with Anne. Anne took the time to listen to all my questions and concerns and find resolutions to items efficiently and effectively. She was extremely patient and eased my decision making process. We dealt with purchasing a new home and selling my old home at the same time and although this could have been a difficult process Anne made it stress free!Anne truly understands how to buy and sell houses. She made the process incredibly easy and her thorough knowledge, not only of general real estate, but of the local market made it a great pleasure throughout the whole process.Now I have a dependable person to send all my family and friends to and I know they will be extremely happy.
