This is my “go to” gas station!! I’ll drive a mile or two out of the way if I have to just to go here! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming and the bathrooms are always spotless ( which you can’t find anywhere else in Sacramento) You can tell the employees take pride in this place. And lastly, they ALWAYS have fresh hot food!

Something is wrong with the staff at this location. Super slow, uncaring, unfriendly. The place was busy. Several "random" lines of customers. 3 employees behind the counter (1 packing some cigarettes & 1 just leaning) & only one operating the register. They were helping people at their discretion, not by who was next. Customers asked if they could open another register but no one even responded. I'm happy to have a new(ish) AM/PM at this intersection but the employees are consistently bad. Every time.

I would give no stars if that was even possible. So today I went in to get gas the cashier/assistant manager was very unfriendly and rude. No integrity or customer service don’t even know how she became” assistant manager” . I usually love coming here people and employees are usually very friendly and respectful with integrity and kind. But today was totally different. I asked the cashier/associate manager if I could please get gas on pump number 14 so I paid for my items and the gas. As I left and tried to pump gas it did not work so I immediately went back inside to let them know they told me that it went back on my card I checked my bank account and of course it pulled out the money. I had told them that it already pulled the money out and I showed them on my bank statement on my phone. They took my receipt and she said that I said pump 4 instead of pump 14 . I told her no ma’am I said pump 14 I am 100% sure that I said the correct number . She did not take responsibility for her mistake and basically said that I was 100% wrong.Working at a gas station or any other stores I am 100% sure that the customers are always right. No matter who you work for. So basically the person that was on pump four had already pumped the gas that I had paid for now mind you they had enough time to transfer the money to pump 14 instead of pump 4But instead she rather argue with me about who was right and who was wrong so the person that was a parent for had enough time to use my money on their gas.So I tried to call the 1800 number On the receipt couldn’t get a hold of anybody I also tried calling the store and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Yes I am so angry but the word angry doesn’t even describe how I feel right now. Very disappointing and their customer service and integrity I really hope that they get things together and really see and care about their customers if they really don’t care about their job then they shouldn’t be working anyway……

Worse service i have ever seen in my life at arco.i piad inside for gas but pump did not work and i had to go inside about 5 time to tell them that the pump is not working but they didn’t do anything to help me there were 4 or 5 employees working.so finally i just took my money back and left.don’t bother to go there.

I have gone to many other AMPM locations and I have NEVER been asked to verbalize my age. However, I went into this location to purchase a tobacco product and provided my DL to the worker, Patty, who immediately said, "and how old are we today"? I looked back at her in shock, but gave her my age and asked wheres the signage that indicates I have to verbalize my age? She said, "there is no signage my manager made me sign a paper when I was hired saying I would ask customers their age". I asked for my receipt and left. Later that day, I called the store to speak with the manager, who said she was too busy and for me to call back in 5 minutes. Instead of calling back I called customer service. I spoke to a representative who took my complaint, contact information and told me the owner will contact me in 3 to 5 business days. That was 13 days ago.There are convenient stores on every corner, go there instead of AMPM! They apparently don't bother with customer service and you maybe subjected to discriminatory questioning based on whether an employee feels like it.I have seen the response to some of these reviews suggesting to call customer service, SAVE IT!!! Because I did and nothing was done.
