This place straight ROBBED me. I went in to use the ATM, the workers acknowledged me since I'd just gotten gas. I requested 80$ from the machine and it said it was dispensed. No money came out. Stood there for 20 mins. I checked my bank amd 80$ was pending. Today, the charge went through. $80 stoleb from me acct. The manager said there's no money in the machine. It's broken. THEN WHY THE F DIDNT HE TELL ME THAT B4 I USED IT? Scammers. For real. Be careful.

I have been here several times and USUALLY only pay by card, get gas and GO!! But several times I've needed to get something from the AM/PM and it was okay. They have a good selection for a mini-mart. the person behind the counter was not friendly, but not sullen or unfriendly by any means. I'm saying it's a GAS STATION. They don't teach their employees the benefits of good service. So as far as I'm concerned, the MET my expectations, and therefore, get a three. It was OKAY!

Older clerk\owner who's balding with the horse shoe style was not only rude but discriminates and has an ethnic bias\prejudice. He asked me what I wanted, yet he had the audacity to skip me and while standing at the register and ignoring my request 3 times, he decided it would be appropriate to help the white guy standing behind me 1st. Check the camera it happened today. I asked him 3 times for a specific item, so there was no confusion. Racism will not be tolerated by your company and this locations discriminatory practices by it's employee. This is how your staff treats it's American Indian patrons.

What can you say, it's an "Arco AM/PM" gas station/convenient store. This particular one is in the Carmichael/Arden area and right at the corner of Marconi Ave. & Eastern Ave. On multiple occasions, I have found myself filling my tank up here since their gas is roughly 20-40 cents cheaper than their competition. The one drawback is that this place is very small and sometimes you have to maneuver carefully around the pumps; especially with larger vehicles such as company trucks, extended pickup, and cargo vans. However, this place is well-lit at night time and I have generally always felt safe buying my gas and snacks here no matter what time it is.On the inside, you have your typical basic food items such as chips, candy bars, sodas, ice cream, and frozen snacks. There also carry their fair share of hot items (burritos, hot dogs, & breakfast items) as well as cold sandwiches. Much like a 7-11 but more scaled down. And of course, you can always get your fix on energy drinks, beer, a small amount of wines, lottery tickets, gum, oil, and cigarettes. One thing that drew me to this location was their "Dippin' Dots" ice cream. During my visit, they have a whole freezer dedicated to this unique ice cream only found at state fairs, arcades, and very specific businesses. Some of the drawbacks of this location was lack of a public restroom (it was out of order) and no water/squeegee to clean your windshield. Service is just okay as this is the type of place I don't like to spend much time at. With that said and done, this AM/PM is an average three stars.

0 this place is beyond unprofessional they are always rude an never make the effort to listen. They have vendors for new port giving out coupons off packs of cigarettes but then they don't uphold the coupons there allowing to be given out at there location not letting you use them saying we don't take it. Even as I explained that I got it here in there store they refused my service. I'll not be going back

The place is relatively neat, and the prices are okay. But it feels a little cramped and could be "fun" to negotiate the pumps if it's busy. A small beef: Tap and pay wasn't working at the pump.

Every single time I enter the gas station am/pm 4224 Marconi Ave, Sacramento, CA 95821 I'm immediately treated with disrespect there were two separate incidents. The first one I went to my local ampm to purchase candy for my daughter and tobacco products the moment I mentioned I wanted to use ebt to pay for my food an employee of the name "sighn"rolled his eyes and moved to help the next customer leaving me with confusion considering I wasn't done paying for my items I then asked him if the reason he left helping me was because I said ebt he then yelled at me that I was supposed to tell him that I was using my ebt card before he scanned everything he made me go to another employee where then I began to ask for the man's name that was being rude. The man named "sighn" immediately walked close to me telling "you want to know my name pulling his shirt close to me .. here's my name here's my name ! "Sighn" I immediately felt uncomfortable backed up so he wouldn't touch me then left... The second time was 12/27/2020 around 9:30pm I walked in the same store with intentions on purchasing some milk for my daughter along with other snacks and I also wanted tobacco products I place them on the counter and I begin to tell one of the employees that I was using ebt for food products before he scanned being that I got yelled at previously for that. the man began to explain that my card was not working . With me knowing that I had a balance of 200$ on my card I asked if I can try again the man had me slide my card at least 7times I was starting to feel like I was being charged due to the amount of times I slid the card so I offered to pay cash for everything the employee rolled his eyes and just looked at me . I began to get frustrated so I asked " am I allowed to pay you is that a problem sir" he took my money but was acting as if I couldn't get my change or receipt I then asked for it again and he gave it to me with a nasty attitude I realized he didn't add my tobacco products like I asked so I asked if there was a problem with me purchasing them considering I am 26 years of age old enough to purchase them showing my I'd having money in my hand and the man was still being difficult so I decided to pull out my phone and record I asked for a bag and if I can get my stuff and go he then insisted that I pay 10cent for that bag with my milk in it I have him 25cent then asked why I didn't have to pay for my first bag he threw the bag at me and stated if I don't like the store I don't have to come back. Absolutely horrible customer service I shouldn't have to not come to my local close gas station just because they don't know how to treat customers this has station needs to have new employees or get shut down I never stole anything never threaten anyone never did anything to deserve such treatment this is my first time doing a google review because I really can't believe how I was treated when all I wanted to do was purchase my belongings and go about my day . Someone needs to investigate this store I went home and told my dad and he said he's like that to everyone that's not ok !

I am a local broadcaster..We are trying to find a stolen service dog, taken from a veteran. There was a sighting this morning of this dog at this AM/PM.. I called immediately, identified myself and asked if they had seen the dog..They hung up on me. speaks for itself..no respect for veterans.. I don't even want to give them one star...but it's the only way to post...will advise others in community of this experience.

Very rude. I used to frequent the place and the older guy knew me so I didn't really need my ID ; one day I Uber over there and went to buy a beer and both clerks acted like they didn't remember me and were laughing at me! Thanks for that, I'll take my business elsewhere! I will not be giving them business ever again! Steer clear of this place!!

I paid for gas upfront and went to pump the gas. It wouldn't come out. So I went back in and talked to the balding guy who immediately got an attitude with me. I said why would I choose to cause a problem I just want gas. I used my card so it was another 30 some cents again. So he puts the change on the counter and says here stop complaining. So I go back outside and he has to shove the nozzle in my car for it to work. I told him that's not cool then he tells me not comeback. So I'm not and if you guys want bs customer service then feel free but I'm done giving my money to ungrateful people. F this place
