The Workers are so disrespectful I could not even believe it got accused of stealing emptied out pockets and everything and still got accused then one of the workers chased me out with a bat do not go to this AMPM worse workers I've seen at a gas station yet. Even showed that I had cash and was going to buy something I was so surprised how I was treated

Had several of one item priced for 99 cents. When rung up it was over $2 and the cashier argued about the price, refusing to go look or acknowledge what I was saying. Simply took the item off and moved along. They should of given at advertised price. Terrible customer service, very rude.

Seems like this AMPM never has any of the free items that they offer through the APP. Would give a zero if I could FOR JUST THAT.

It's a GAS Station. But it's the CLOSEST Arco to me and it's very, very convenient.This is the WORST ampm EVER. The credit card machines are down so often. The "Tap" NEVER Works. Too often I have to go inside and run the card in there. There are ALWAYS pumps that are out of Order. Then I have to move to another one. I always talk to the clerks and let them know what a problem it is and they NEVER apologize or even seem to care. The customer service skills are Non-Existent. It's dirty, they don't have a restroom. But I guess with all the people that loiter and pan handle around here I wouldn't use the restroom anyway. I decided the other day that the misery of coming here FAR outweighs the convenience and I will no longer spend my hard earned gasoline dollars at this less than acceptable establishment.

The cashier refused to accept coins (quarters) for payment for goods. Having said that they accept only paper money! What kind of nonsense? Coins are no longer money for you???

Avoid, especially as there's a better option right across the street. My every experience here has been negative. The employees have always been standoffish and rude in my more than dozen times of coming here in the past, and literally every time I've tried to use an EBT card, at least five times, the EBT machine has been conveniently 'broken' that day. Eventually I got the hint that they just wouldn't accept it despite the sign on the window outside saying that they did.To top it all off, I've had an emotional support animal go missing recently and I was hanging up fliers, literally every other business I visited, be it a similar store or laundromat, was happy to let me post a flier on the window. Not here, of course, an employee took a half second look at the flier and just said 'No' and stared at me until I left.Speaking as a disabled person, the atmosphere at this store has always been hostile and uncomfortable, especially when staff is loudly talking on the phone while you're trying to buy something, paying as little attention to you as they can get away with. Going on what other people have said the store has also always looked a bit rundown, so that's not just a new thing. It really feels like nobody who works here cares.

I would give them zero stars if I could! The fountain drink area is disgusting, when I was filling a cup up, a half alive bug came out of the fountain! My husband got an Frozen drink and it taste awful. What a waste of money. The whole place is dirty, and obviously not regularly maintained.
