HORRIBLE COMPANY!! Based on the other reviews on this page, looks like everyone agrees they're a horrible company. I purchased a French Door for a local retailer, which is where my next review is going to be posted, for $2500. Upon installing the door on Dec 5th, we realized that one of the doors was the wrong one. There are stickers on the windows which state, which side should be towards the outside for UV protection. I contacted the dealer and he said i'll have to work with ABS directly, and their salesman 'Craig'. Craig told us that he's going out of town for the year, and will work to get this resolved by mid-month. As it was getting closer to his time to leave for a vacation, he offered me $100 to accept as is, as they 'stand by' their doors and those stickers don't really mean anything. I told him I'll only accept his offer if he can provide a technical drawing to prove what he's saying his true. Obviously after that request, he went silent. I periodically texted and called him to no response. It finally got to the point on January 20, i texted him that I've waiting over 6 weeks and i still haven't heard ANYTHING, not even an offer to replace the door. I'll go ahead and paint the door as is, as how long can i live with a door looing like this, but i told him I'd make sure to get the word out. And to no surprised he didn't reply until Monday the 23rd, letting me know he is willing to replace the door and they 'stand by their doors.' I replied that I painted the door over the weekend, and how can they 'stand by their doors' when they have ZERO technical knowledge of their doors. They are just resellers that can only answer dimensional questions. He wouldn't be able to take back my door as it's painted, not taking ANY blame for not responding for 6 weeks!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR DOORS!!! Notice in the photo, the door on the left has the sticker on the inside.

We bought several interior doors from Lowes which were made by American Building Supply/Reliability. My husband is a General Contractor and is extremely good at setting doors. When he started to install all of them, it became apparent that they were very poorly constructed. There was so much wrong with each of the door jambs, that he had to completely rebuild all of them. If he was not knowledgeable in this area we would have taken them back. As it stands now, we won't be buying any of these doors again. I would rather pay more and save time on installation than buy this product again. Don't waste your money. You definitely get what you pay for.

Don't just walk in.. the girls up front are pretty strange. They all stared at me and when I spoke asking for something two stared and one finally kinda helped. Super awkward and doubt I'll go back. Rew and D&S and a bunch of other spots have wayyyyy better customer service. I don't expect a warm welcome everywhere I go, just quick through service. I'd say use them as a last resort and call ahead and order for will-call

I think this manufacturing plant specializes in doors. If you need a door, I think ABS is the place to go.

Driver for your company is so wreckless almost rear ended me two times and swerved out of the lane and almost hit two cars!!! They really need to check their drivers!!!!!
