Came in to get a gold chain fixed and immediately was rudely told "we don't fix those". Go to Arden Jeweler, they will fix chain no problem and actually have nice staff.

after a pretty long period of time we FINALLY found our jeweler!! phillip was so helpful in not only securing my diamond but also giving me a deeper look at it (which was so nice because we bought it online). we didn't want to send it back to the retailer for repair since i no longer trusted them and after visiting AK jewelers my confidence in my ring and its longevity is restored. thank you so much phillip & family!!!

The best jewelry store my wife and I have ever given business to. They take immaculate care of every piece they work on. We asked for a replica of my wife's wedding ring to be made and they over delivered in every way. On top of that, they always ensure they clean and make each piece so beautiful before you put it on. The staff is wonderful and friendly and so honest. They take care of you like family. We love this company.

Beautiful, family owned jewelry store. Stopped in for a quick check and cleaning of our wedding rings. We will definitely be back when it's time for another piece. Service was welcoming, friendly & attentive.

This is just an awesome jewelry store!!! The customer service is outstanding. Even with several customers in the store everyone was taken care of with kindness and attention. They go the extra mile to pay attention to what you may like and explain each piece. I was astonished when I chose an estate piece that could be a pin or a pendant and the sales associate noticed the pendant was not oriented in the correct direction. They took it in the back and fixed it, no charge and crafted it such that it is nicer than before!!!!! Just amazing! Thank you! You cannot get better service or care! This is not just a store to buy something. It is a place to feel good about the quality, and to deal with people who care about you and what they can offer you!

My boyfriend and I have been ring shopping and found AK Jewelers thanks to Yelp. We visited numerous times over the course of a month. Working with Sofia, we were able to find an engagement ring within budget. My boyfriend inherited a family diamond that AK Jewelers was able to help mount into the setting. We also ended up buying our wedding bands here since we felt more safe working locally with AK Jewelers versus buying something online.Sofia helped us find the perfect bands for us. We gave her some ideas of what we were looking for and she ordered some things for us to try. We were even able to fix a pearl pendant, get a watch battery changed, and changed out a watch strap here. Everything was very reasonably priced and the customer service was stellar!

My wife & I have known AK Jewelry for over 30 yrs. They made our engagement & wedding rings and have updated/upgraded it also over the years. They have improved my wife’s grandma’s priceless ring into rings so all the siblings can enjoy their heritage. Expertise in art of jewelry making is important, but trust is even more important. That’s why we are still loyal customers from 400 miles away.

Outstanding customer service. Wow!! I went there today to sell my old wedding ring. The guy I talked to (maybe the owner?) was super knowledgeable and friendly. He took a look at my ring and very selflessly told me I could probably get more if I were to sell it to a private party. He weighed the ring, told me the brand and size and that it's 14 k white gold. He told me the approximate value vs. what he would give me for it to just melt it down. Then, it gets better. He polished it all up for me and gave it to on what looked like thin parchment paper so no finger oils would get on it. He did all of this for me without getting anything in return (except for this review). It's selfless, awesome customer service like this that matters tremendously and that builds trust. I would recommend AK to anyone in the market for fine jewelry. In the future, if I'm in that market, I will definitely be taking my business there.

Very happy with the pricing and quality of repairs performed on my diamond engagement ring. The team was honest, helpful and courteous throughout the estimation and final pick up process. They made my ring look so beautiful after cleaning too. I hope to return to find a band/bands to accompany it someday.
