Unlike many other Towing companies, Aj’s Towing actually answered my call and did so immediately. The entire process was very quick and simple. Additionally, the driver that towed my car was extremely kind and made sure me and my car were brought home safe. I truly appreciate this company and would highly recommend them if you are in need of assistance.

This review is based on two separate times I used this company for two completely different cars. Both times I received the same person, Ramon or Ramin. Because of him I will not use AJs towing again. On both occasions, he was difficult to deal with. The first time I was on my way to him and he was very adamant about wanting to charge me extra for not having a Key to my van(which I had, but I was 30 minutes away at the time but was on my way). A few times he would call and he explained to me that he was very busy and had other people to service that he didn't have time to be waiting for me and he had to charge me the extra charge for not having a key. I paid it, and all was taken care of. I should also mention this time I was charged $200 to literally go ONE MILE. Expensive, but I paid it no problem. This time around, I needed to change a tire on a completely different car and decided to give you guys another try. I didn't expect the same person again, however, and when he came he just looked at the tire, didn't even try to touch it and immediately wanted to just tow it. He also again acted very impatient with us so I just sent him on his way. I called another guy from another company and he was able to get it done with a regular wrench. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AJs Towing AT ALL. They charged me $200 to go One mile last time and this time probably would've charged just as much if I went along with getting it towed a second time. I spent half that price getting a regular person to do it.

Owner quoted 250 an hour for 3 hour minimum to move to tanks 14 miles. When we called to book it he said 1500. 750 each tank. Instead of charging for 3 hour minimum, they only way he would do it, was if he ran 2 trucks to double his profit. One truck could easily move both tanks in 1-2 hours. He's a scam artist. 750 for 3 hours was not enough so he said he could only move using 2 trucks. Don't use this guy.

Thanksgiving day and I got a tow by Raheen from AJ's towing. Super nice gentleman, very thorough, knowledgeable, great conversation. He knew a ton About cars and I was in and out in such a short amount of time. Only took him 12mins to load the vehicle. I would literally choose AJ's towing for all of my towing needs!
