I recently visited Mail Centre to utilize their notary and shipping services. The notary service was quick and efficient, with Preet Kullar clearly explaining the process and ensuring all documents were properly signed and stamped. She is the owner and current manager of this centre. One of my package had delivery issues but It gave me peace of mind knowing that she generously taking care of my documents and informed me every update. Excellent Customer service ✌️

Long time customer of this location and appreciate the customer service and attention to detail. I’ve actually moved out of the Natomas area, but, still retain my mailbox here because of the service level I receive.

Been going here for years, it’s under new management but she seems just as attentive and caring as the previous owners. Always a pleasant and easy experience and being open on weekends truly helps me out since I work mon-fri the same hours as the post office. So being able to handle my shipping needs in the weekends truly is amazing.

I have used AIM Mail Center on Del Paso Blvd. in Natomas for nearly 20 years. I have driven miles out of my way (passing dozens of mail center "poszers"), just to experience their customer service. You would be challenged finding help that matched the skills, knowledge and professionalism found in an AIM Mail Center employee. Their prices are so low, I often wonder how they keep the doors open. I would pay twice as much for half the service.

Never, ever shipping stuff out from this location.They lost my packets. That I sent out They can track them anymore. They said those stuff I sent out are lost And they can do nothing about it. I'm professional, you know, when you guys go there. Make sure that they put attention to what they're doing and not be watching TV. At the same time, they're shipping your stuff out And the person That helped me ship this stuff out is the white guy in the front desk

Friendly staff, very efficient and personable. Informative and answered all my questions over the phone. I've gone here a few times to ship things and to also get notarized. This place feels clean and safe and a good option for a post box, which I'm considering.

I enjoy this mail center located nearby, however, on my last package drop off, I asked for tracking once I noticed the receipt didn't have it. The associate told me that I needed to request that beforehand. I don't understand why nowadays return tracking isn't standard and why I was not asked if I wanted it. The associate made no effort to give me a tracking number. I'm praying my returns get delivered...smh. I may give them a try again because there's usually a long wait at the Post Office, but I'll def take Fed Ex and UPS directly to their respective stores.
