    African black soap, Irish sea moss, dreadlock hats, pure unrefined Shea Butter from Ghana. You can get your dreads tightened up or a haircut, hair braiding is just a few steps away next door. And yes, Jay has the best selection of African attire in Sacramento. Did I mention T-shirts, African jewelry and much more!
