Ben is awesome! As a first time home buyer I had a ton of questions and was nervous about the entire process. Ben walked me through every step making sure I knew what I had to do and understood why. Ben helped me find the best deal and made sure I got the best rate possible. He answered my calls on weekends and evenings because he understood that I could go off the deep end quickly. Ben was even kind enough to answer questions from my family. In fact, Ben is still working hard to watch the rates so he can inform me when it’s time to refinance. Ben was seriously amazing!
From start to finish he made everything very easy to understand which I needed as a first time home buyer. He was prompt to return calls and seemed to always be available when we needed him, which sometimes was during weird hours since me and my husband are both night shift nurses!

We were pre approved with a different lender and were unhappy with the rate we were quoted. We contacted Tanya at AFC after our offer on a house was accepted to get a quote and she was able to get us a very competitive rate. Tanya jumped in and got things done so efficiently that we were able to close and had the keys to our new home within 17 days!
As a first time home buyer I was so overwhelmed by the process but Tanya put me at ease by explaining everything very thoroughly. She didn’t minimize my questions or concerns and made herself available anytime I called or texted. I cannot say enough good things about Tanya and am grateful she was our loan officer. 10/10 recommend!
