So far everything has been great! The first night I checked in I paid online and then I had to call to do a over the phone/on-site camera verification and fhat was cool and the people on the other end were amazing !! Its 24 hr storage and with the way things are going after being kicked out, with 5 dogs and nowhere to go they have never said a word about us parking for multiple hours at a time !! I mean they have been totally great

Rawan is definitely helpful and funny. He took the time out to explain everything and also will give you a tour of the units so you can see which unit will be right for you.

Moving into StorQuest today, but so far I highly recommend. I was greeted by the staff who were very friendly & relatable. I chose this storage for location as well as the 24 hour drive up access. They do have a few rules as most storage services do, but as long as you are not trying to live in your storage container, this place seems like an excellent choice :)

Management is never consistent on property. Every person who works at the office calls them selves managers and when needed no manager to be found. Office hours will say a certain time on the door. But hours are different never the less the days that show it's closed. It shows Sunday Monday closed and if you go on a Weds or Thursday because you need to talk to someone there's nobody there because the office is closed . So really what day is closed or even better to ask what day is open. Just like the restrooms closed for the tenants for the storage units. Then people walk around calling them selfs managers requesting if your storing items in your unit they want you to have the door wide open for everyone to see what your storing inside. That's how it works here at stor quest. So not recommended for anyone to try this place

THE ONLY reason why I give this facility 5 stars is because of KEIA (ON-SITE MGR.)SHE IS THE BOMB ! I was the first to rent after Storequest took over ! She has always taken care of any issues I've had, in such a professional manner ! THANK YOU KEIA !

Having 24hr access to a storage unit that's located in a clean and safe facility is beyond what we could have hoped for! The manager is helpful, friendly and always available to answer any questions. Our experience has been wonderful!

I recently got a unit here and my experience has been very positive in large part to their incredible employee, Keia. Both over the phone and while in person she was super friendly and professional. Throughout the entire process her friendly face and positive demeanor made a potentially stressful experience enjoyable.

Kia has been so awesome with her customer service skills and she shows compassion but directs you in the correct place. She was amazing from the start of my storage journey and has shown the upmost professionalism possible! She deserves to excell in her position with storquest as you have a Gem and another company would love her five star customer service skills management skills as there is not a lot of people who posses the skilds she has! She has made my experience with storquest one I will never forget!!!! Love my storage my things have been safe and the units are clean no issues here!

Don’t have a storage here but I stopped in to ask the lady questions about the area since I’m moving across the street in the apartments and she was just so welcoming and kind. If I do ever need storage I know this will be my place plus it is of course convenient now
