Today Friday at 1:45pm walked in to the store, was not greeted by none of the employees that were working. Grabbed a couple of items that were not in stock, just so that the employee that was working the register made a remark in regards to the total amount due for the items I needed to be expedited by a certain day. I myself treat people the way I would like to be treated and being that I frequent the store often this experience didn't sit well with me.

No stars if I could. Was at the mall with both my kiddos in a side by side stroller and we fit through all the doorways no problem but when it came to this store it was a huge problem. I had to move several fixtures to get to the back of the store and when I parked the stroller to the side to look at something, the associate rudely squeezed though the impossible space between my stroller and the display table when she could have walked around from the way to get to where she needed to hang up the clothes. Then in order to get to the fitting room I had to line up in front of the register, wait for the cashier to finish the transaction with the customer so that I could utilized that walk way to get to the back just to try something on. The fact that my stroller couldn't get through most of their aisles is a red flag because it's just as wide as a wheelchair. They really don't have any consideration for anyone else to come shop there besides folks who can walk in and out on foot. Not coming back.

I actually like their clothes for kids. I am not a big fan of logos on clothes, and they always have some selection of subdued ware. Usually you can find things on sale so it ends up being decently priced. Good quality, trendy kids clothes.

The worst location! They take forever to bring your curbside. Like ummm hello I've been waiting for 30 minutes. Ridiculous!

Just came here yesterday, grabbed and item went for the check out was a smooth transaction. Lady at the check out was super friendly. Would recommend coming and checking out the clothes!

Policy was changed, cannot return without a receipt. Will not even do exchanges or store credit. Should have told me this when I called beforehand and asked about returns! Bad customer service.

Loved my experience this last time I went, this sweet young lady helped us and went above and beyond I believe her name was Diana, she welcomed us and helped us through out our shopping experience and was helpful when we needed sizes. She truly knows what good quality costumer experience is. Keep up the good work Diana, we will make this our main Abercrombie store from now on

This place never remembers to remove to the theft prevention device. I should not have to drive back to the mall to have it removed when I already paid for it. On a side note, the fitting rooms are disgusting! There is no where to set my purse and the floors could really be vacuumed.

Worst customer service ever. My wife and daughter went into the fitting room to try on some jeans and my daughter stepped on what looked like a theft prevention device that was on the ground. Not only did it stab into her foot, it was stuck in there and my wife had to pull it out. My wife notified an associate and asked for a bandaid. To her surprise the associate came back and told her that they had none and walked away. All four associates working at the time gave no attention to my daughter who was nearly in tears. No one approached her to ask if she was okay. My wife and daughter left with no acknowledgement afterwards. And yes, they bought nothing and we won't be returning to this location again. What kind of customer service training is provided at this place? No wonder the yelp review ratings are two stars. If possible I would rate them no stars. I will definitely be contacting the manager and anyone above if needed. Horrible service and a worse representation of the company.

I went shopping at this abercrombie last Monday. I wanted to say what a sweetheart Sadie (Sadi? Sp) was to me. She was incredibly helpful, genuine and kind. I feel like way too many people always talk about the negative experiences so we need to share more of the good ones! The store was very well-kept. Even the discount section which is always nuts everywhere! So hats off to Sadie and her awesome team at the Abercrombie at Arden!
