I recently rented a totalled boom lift from the rental guys. I was surprised when I got there because I didn't know that there had been a change of ownership.i had used Aba Daba for years and never heard of the rental guys so was a little apprehensive. But I was very happy with my rental. The counter person was great. They didn't have the lift at that store but he said they had one at their other location. He took care of all the paperwork and sent me on my way. When I got to the other location they had the lift ready to go. I pulled in they hooked it up and I was on my way in no time. I was a bit surprised by how the cost had gone up from six months ago but then what hasn't gone up in price in the last six months. Overall I was very satisfied and will be using The Rental Guys again.

I have been going to your location for 34 years . im a home owner in carmichael .I rented a Honda five horse rear tine roto tiller for three hours. I took it home to till my garden plot. The tiller was the worst. The design was like ive never seen before. Very heavy not self propelled. And very hard to load on my trailer. And it woeked terribly. I returned it . Total time including travel 75 minutes. The clerk was surprised to see me back and and commented are you back so soon how it work I replied it doesn't work. It's the worst Rototiller I've ever used . He had nothing to say and gave me a 15% refund. Very disappointed I should've gotten a full refund and that Rototiller shouldn't be rented again it's it's terrible

Bittany was very nice, intelligent and very proficient in placing my reservation for the 45 foot boomlift. When I arrived the boomlift had been transferred from another store and was waiting. Robert assisted me with the rental out take. He was very smart and focused on safety and asked twice if I had my own harness. I said I did and he said safety first. Aba Daba never asked or inferred I needed to use a harness for the last 20 years. I used our harness and felt safer and less worried while up in boom.
Very great service, also from the yard workers too!

I lived in this area since the mid-90s, Abba Dabba was one of the best equipment rental companies. Always had fair rates and good enough service. New company takes over and quite literally doubles the prices. Not sure what exactly happened to change ownership but definitely my last visit there. Predatory pricing and service.

These guys are always accommodating and have great customer service! I recently had a situation where a hydraulic hose busted on the machine I rented. It was clearly my fault and I assured them I was happy to pay for repairs. They told me not to worry about it and said they needed to put a gaurd over the hose because this kind of thing happened often. This was refreshing to see a company embody the same values of empathy and customer service that I strive for myself. Thank you to the whole crew at rental guys Sacramento for going above and beyond every time I rent!

Dishonest place!!!
Rent you a tool for one price but when you bring it back, all the hidden fees add another 1/4th of the cost of the tool ($250 tool rental end up with $50 extra in fees when returning)
Safety kit listed to come with the tool have none of it in the box provided.
They don't explain the charges but slide you the contract to quickly sign.
EPP charge is claimed to be obligated to pay by the customer even if you decline it because I have no intention to damage the tool with easy use
Electric tools now fall into "environmental impact" category and they charge you for it.
This place is a fraud and a very dishonest staff.
Hope they go under with this kind of service.

These guys turned out to be really amazing. I had to travel farther than expected to rent some heavy equipment because everyone locally was sold out. These guys had a machine that turned out having issues and I was on the very edge of their service area. They sent Dave who is an amazing help, knowledgeable and friendly and did the right thing and discounted the machine. I’m happy with the end result.

Awfulness!! So unprofessional. They rent out stuff that's completely destroyed already so watch what u rent. The people are rude as hell and power trip out on everything

Had a conversation with one of the employees about a rental and had simply the worst experience. Don't think I was able to say 3 words because the employee was incapable of pausing his mouth to hear a word I wanted to say. First and last time using them for sure.

Great professional service provided for our daughters wedding. We had one small hiccup but it was quickly taken care of with a phone call. Thank you Aba Daba Rentals for helping us pull it all together.
